3 wks prior I would’ve given a 5 star review but unfortunately that changed after my last visit. Abt 3 wks ago I went into the store with a friend bc we had a trip to Vegas coming up. She left with one, I left w several bathing suits as the girl that helped us was amazing! The 1st day in Vegas, looking at a picture I had taken in the Uber w my new bathing suit (just had taken the tag off) i realize it had a defect right on the front. I come back from my trip n decide to take it so they can see the defect and that the colors lost vivacity w one wear. I understand I didn’t have the receipt as I left it inside the same bag w the tags in Vegas. I get a “manager” that just stands w a zero emotion face and I explain. She says “I can’t do anything without a receipt”. I tell her if maybe they can fix it or recommend what to do abt the colors...nothing. She said nothing! So my last attempt was exactly “so you’re telling me I should just throw this in the trash?”...with ZERO emotion NODS her head YES. I walked out. I’ve been a customer for YEARS...YEARS! And never did I expect to get that type of “customer service” from a “manager”. The worst part is that I was so happy when I bought my bathing suits and the red head girl was soooo awesome, I was going to take my time to write a great review. But I guess this is how it goes. Not good Playthings...not...

Worst service ever. They have no return policy and the manager is super inconsiderate. The lovely girl with the long hair even offered to go with me to the bathroom and he shut down that idea quick. He refused to understand the means of trying on all these skimpy clothes and would not reconsider even at least giving a small return exception in case the clothes did not fit. He insisted all sales are final. This store used to have great customer service but clearly all the care about is sales now. All sales are final the manager kept insisting. The girl with the super long black hair was super great and tried to help me as much as she can. Their new management, i wouldn't say other wise. Horrible do not come here unless you wanna waste your money on things that you don't know how'd they'd even fit. I hope they get bought out of new management and the customer service goes back to what it once was. I don't even wanna...

I visited the store this past weekend to look for some shoes for my NPC competition show. And unfortunately i bought the wrong shoes i bought the shoes on a Sunday and found out Tuesday i got the wrong ones. I called in the store and the staff in a very rude manner told me NO i was not allow to simply exchange the shoes for another style, I even mention the pair i bought cost more i just need to get a different style keep the extra money i don't care my concern is getting the right pair. They did not care and even hung up the phone on me i can say iam never going to visit them ever again, And i will make sure to post everywhere how horrible the customer service is with this store and there policy how ridiculous it is to not be able to exchange a pair of shoes after one business day.
