While the staff is sweet and welcoming, they aren’t respectful of the timeframes THEY commit to. I had a fairly large order that had to be turned around quickly. Understandably, this was a big request of them especially during the holiday season. However, I was promised that they could have it done and paid a rush fee in order to get it done by the time I needed them. Not only was it not completed by the time they promised, it took me showing up to the store to get a status as no one called me to advise it was going to be late and no one would answer the phone. After showing up the day after I needed them, they advised it was in process and they would be able to get it done by end of day. I asked for the ones that were already completed so I can start shipping those out only to be told they had not started the order (this was 9 days after I dropped it off originally). Worst experience of my life . I ordered robes for my wedding day which is two weeks away.i have a mom and a step mom I wanted one robe to say mother of the bride and the other one to say mommy of the bride. They took a week to do the robes and they messed up my order when they literally sent pictures of all them with the correct stencils and still messed it up.They made two robes saying mother of the bride. They weren’t accommodating at all. I spoke to a Katrina who was very rude and had so sympathy what’s so ever. Only giving me the option of coming in today before three o’clock to see if they can fix it and if so wouldn’t be ready til January 2 and my wedding is January 1st. Mind you it was their fault for not doing the robes correctly. So now I have to have two robes exactly the same because they can’t do their job correctly. I will never use them again...

They are very bad company and don’t comply with the time frame at all. I am very very upset because my boyfriend works for the state and he needed some shirts done and they didn’t bother to get them done at all. They threw the shirts at him like he was some sort of dog. I will be reporting this business to the better business bureau and to everyone else. I don’t recommend this place at all. I have even called on the phone and they are very rude and sometimes they don’t answer the phone either. Please don’t do business with this place. This place will lose their licenses I will make...
