Sold me defective one teaspoon shorts, I reached out within 2 weeks of purchase when the little button on the side broke off, they told me to reach out to an alterations place to get them fixed, after one time wear it broke off again and now they are saying they can’t do anything since too much time has passed. I wore the shorts maximum 2 times overall. I wasn’t even asking for a refund rather an exchange for any other pair. Never going there again! I would suggest to go to the original one teaspoon website since they offered help only if I would have bought from them without an issue, they were confused themselves that the boutique offered no help and does not take any accountability since it is obviously a manufacturing issue as they told me. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Old woman owner was SUPER nice to me when I was buying a dress was very friendly all the way up until I walked out! I purchased a dress for my baby shower. I am 8 months pregnant and the dress was extremely pricey for what it was. It was not even ten minutes after the purchase that I returned after speaking to my husband and he told me to return it because it was too much money. The owner wouldn’t even look at me when I came back into the store LESS THAN TEN MINUTES AFTER PURCHASING! She would not agree to refund my card. Not ONCE did any employee explain the store policy at time of check out. She told me she didn’t have to explain the policy!!! They are crooks and will no longer have me or my friends...
