We went for a family “girls night” to have a private class with Chef Benoît. From the very start (meaning from the moment we were trying to coordinate the class with 7 different people) until the very end, Chef Ben has been so patient and unbelievably kind. Not to mention how spoiled we were in the meantime we took our class. So, the energy from the beginning was awesome. Once we started our class everything was magic. I’ve always loved to cook and to learn from amazing cooks. It’s a wonderful experience, so this experience made me fall in love again with cooking.

The desserts we made were 🤩🤯 Everything was delicious. So he got himself 7 new clients.

What we’ve tried so far: Croissants: (OMG!!!!!!) you really, really got to try them: from simple ones to the ones filled with nocciola (just like Nutella but way better) and pistachios (personal fav) Bûche de Nöel: one of his specialties and best sellers and trust me when I say this: there’s a reason for it. Carrot Cake: fluffy,”moisty” and absolutely delicious -Le Millefeuille super delicious. I had to try that cake (even though I started to cut the sugar out of my weekly days). Hard to stop Chocolate and Caramel Tart: all textures of chocolate + caramel and a perfect crème on top that looked and tasted just like GELATO!!! You won’t regret it. At least the 7 of us didn’t.

We will all come back for more classes for sure, and as costumer, well, he became our...

I have been searching for a place in Miami that has croissants similar to the ones I have had in Paris and CASA BAKE is the ONLY place that offers THE SAME TEXTURE AND TASTE as the ones I had in Paris. OUTSTANDING. THE ABSOLUTE BEST French Bakery in Miami BY FAR. Also their prices are THE MOST REASONABLE I have come across in ANY BAKERY which is crazy because their ingredients are far superior. Their Latte? AMAZING!! The cookies?! DELICIOUS. The Rustic Sourdough?! Spectacular. I am truly OBSESSED. ALSO, the Artisanal quality is not found ANYWHERE else in Miami. Chef Benoit's professionalism and one on one attention while he is serving you is what an Artisanal Bakery IS SUPPOSED TO BE. Anyone that expects a mass produced pastelito-tray type of bakery needs to go to any of the hundreds available in Miami that mass produce. THAT IS NOT WHAT THIS IS. Also given the limited production do not try to call and place orders, that is NOT how ARTISANAL works. You have to order ONLINE the DAY BEFORE for pick up. This place is absolutely A GEM and needs to be treasured because there is nothing else like it in Miami. Thank you Chef Benoit and your two employees. Your trio is AMAZING!! SO HAPPY I accidentally found out...

Casa Bake has been consistently rated as the new go-to place for croissants in Miami. We had some time and decided to brave the reported long lines and try our luck. We had to wait about 40 minutes on Saturday morning. There is an order limit of 10 pieces on Saturdays. We wanted to compare their products so we bought ham and cheese, almond, chocolate almond, pistachio nocciola and guava and cheese. Prices are extremely reasonable, hovering around 4 per unit, which is a bargain. The food is hit and miss. The cheese in the ham and cheese had no taste, filled pastries were basically half empty, the almond one was burned and did not taste very fresh. I love the guava and cheese, and for $2.50, it is a great buy. I would also suggest getting you caffeine fix elsewhere. The cappuccino was cheap at $3.50 but tasted like steamed milk. The location is functional, and parking could be problem. I heard the waiting time is more reasonable on weekdays. They also have cakes for 6-8 persons for $45 and sandwiches. Overall, it is not bad, but there similar or better croissants in town without waiting in line, albiet a bit...

AMAZING CROISSANTS! Hands down best croissant I’ve tasted in the states. Wonderful staff, but they sell out very fast. My colleague stopped by around noon and they were already sold out with croissants. This place does have coffee, but it is on a smaller side, so you may want to get caffeine elsewhere. I saw many reviews about their pistachio croissant. It had so much filling, feels like the owner won't compromise the quality of these quossants by being cheap with the ingredients. They're giving PARIS, they're giving definition of QUOSSANT! It was a tad bit sweet to my likings, but it was definitely flavorful! My top picks were kouign amann and almond croissant. I've seen reviews saying that the almond croissant smelled burnt and wasn't up to par, but I bought almond croissants on two separate occasions, and they were SO GOOD. I am not from Miami area, but I would love to visit the next time round when I am visiting.
