Jatina Group — Local services in Coral Gables

Bottom line, if you need to rent a beautiful property in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, I hands down recommend contacting JR and booking with the Jatina Group. I can't say enough good things. The property JR set us up in was absolutely beautiful. It exceeded our expectations. IRL the property matched the pictures and was immaculately kept. And all of the administration stuff - e.g., booking the reservation, communication, billing, etc., was seamless.

I was organizing a corporate group trip and we needed an extra large house for our stay. I originally booked a house via AirBNB, but once the host gave me the address and I looked it up on Google Maps, I had to cancel the reservation. The pictures on AirBNB appeared to be deceiving. Luckily, I then stumbled upon the Jatina Group. I explained to JR what we were looking for and he said he had the perfect place. Let me just say...it was more than perfect! The place exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful, super clean, in a great neighborhood, and had ample outdoor space. There was a basketball court, batting cage, indoor theater, putting green, and the list goes on. And the cost was reasonable as well.

My group just had another great stay with Jatina Group - this time at Villa Celine in Coral Gables. Usually we have stayed in the Design District / Miami Shores area with Jatina, so this new area for us was a bit of a change at first. After stepping foot into Villa Celine we were greeted with the same Jatina-style treatment that I've experienced across all other stays. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, well-stocked, with no attention to detail spared. The house is even more spacious than pictures made it out to be. All bedrooms and bathrooms were stocked with extra amenities, more than you would have while staying at a hotel. Very clear communication from booking through check-out with JR and the team as well. The team was proactive in making sure we were prepared for our trip and even checked in with us throughout to see if there was anything they could do to enhance our stay, even during a very busy weekend in Miami during Music Week and the Miami Open. I continue to trust Jatina Group with all of my stays in Miami and would not have it any other way. Thank you Jatina Group for another perfect stay - we can't wait to stay...

I originally had a different reservation with another host that canceled on me last minute—days before my 30th birthday trip with 9 of my closest friends. I was heartbroken and stressed, thinking my birthday plans were ruined. But then I found this gem of a house and host, and it ended up being one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

The host went above and beyond to accommodate all 10 of us on short notice, and we were blown away from the second we walked in. Every room was pristine, stylish, and thoughtfully prepared. The entire home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to make this a truly unforgettable weekend.

We laughed, celebrated, danced, and made memories that I’ll cherish forever. The only downside? None of us wanted to leave!
