HW Appliances 4 Less — Local services in South Plainfield

This store is terrible. They deserve 0 star, not 1 star. They ask us to deposit money, after 3 weeks, we don't get anything. We asked to refund our deposit. She refused it. The same issue with other customer, the only different is other guy was not Asian, she refunded him with an apology (you can find it in an old review). She thought an Asian like me will not do anything. After 2 years, I got my money back without interest (which is fine, I don't care)

The reason I asked for the refund because she did not know when she can have the product to deliver. We lived in a house without kitchen for these weeks. I literally begged her to refund us because we don't have a lot of money and she just say no in a rude way and forced us to buy other product for these deposit.

If you read all 5 stars review, you will realize that it's fake. Most of client write review with photo they took from the store. She asked them write good review when they negotiate. How can these reviews be accurate if they have never used it.

As far as I know, their price is not cheaper compare to the original product in store when they on sale. Their products does not have factory warranty, only store warranty. Good luck with that!

This is the first time in my life to wrote a bad reviews. It takes me 2 years to do it. I wasn't the first victim of this store, I believe I am not the last victim neither.

Worst experience ever. Never buy from here. I have bought Samsung gas range after delivery I found its not working.
