Extremely poor experience. The room was dirty and the floor was sticky & wet. Even at such times as Covid, they do not maintain cleanliness and hygiene. This is not your choice if you going with your family. The smell of smoking and weed is prevalent in what they call non-smoking room and everywhere in the lobby. The elevators are dirty and water everywhere in them. Even the reception area is filled with smell of smoke. The worst part if the staff's inability to help. I was there with my wife and kids and we had requested some extra blankets and a glass or bowl to heat up milk for kids. The person working night shift spoke limited English and kept saying he can't do anything and he is just a night shift guy only. He also said that he was not allowed to leave the desk and he did not have access to any other part of the property. It was pointless to argue with him. Somehow we spent one night there, and left next morning as fast as we could. Also they have put a notice that after 5 pm, they would not provide any towel, toilet papers or any other stuff as they do not have housekeeping staff there after 5pm. The employee I spoke to while checking in promised me to provide all towels and other stuff when I come back in the evening as they did not have anything in their laundry at that time. But when we returned at 11pm, the person working night shift said he could not do anything and he cursed and blamed the guy working in afternoon shift for giving false promises to guests. I do not understand why so. The worst of all is that they even do not have tap water there. They are completely unprofessional. IF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN TO ANY MOTEL IN THIRD WORLD COUNTRY, THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU. I would never ever recommend this dirty, filthy, smelly, unhygienic and messy...

To be honest I had no idea that this place was this horrible until I walked in. Front desk no one was there for about 5-10 minutes of me and my wife walking in the building mind you we made a two night stay through a app. Now I seen the one star reviews and pictures but it was mostly mixed reviews I’ve seen outdated pictures and I seen looks like new updated pictures I thought to myself maybe they are redoing the rooms but nope. Got here most of the rooms are not done meaning house keeping was still cleaning rooms. The hallways are dirty no lighting at all it looks like you’re walking down a hallway of a horror film. It’s family’s still here that’s been here since Covid-19 and the guy at the front desk can’t evict them at all because they been here way to long. He has to evict but don’t know how he says he trying to renovate the hotel but most rooms has family’s in them that been here way to long that has signs on there door saying don’t come in please it’s been a horrible experience in this hotel it might as well be a motel the walls are paper thin you can hear everyone and everything. So far I haven’t seen bed bugs on the bed but my wife does have bites on her arm that look like bed bug bites but I’m not really sure. We are on the second floor and there is no carpet in the rooms still hardware flooring which is odd. My advice to everyone I know this hotel is cheap but safe up a little more and buy a hotel that’s worth your money you deserve better. stay away from this horrible hotel it’s super sketchy and I will no longer book here EVER AGAIN! 49 channels on this T.V. The staff is friendly and that is about it, they'd be alot friendlier if they warned you what you're walking into though

If you want to go for a kind interaction with a hotel clerk, check in, and then proceed to bug out on whatever substance you may partake in, this might be the place for you. I mean, if you are just looking to experience what it feels like to sleep in filth, potentially wake up with a lung infection from whatever is growing in the AC (or heat, that doesnt shut off... because the thermostat is broken.), and try to recover from the horrible financial decision that was renting this room, THIS is the place for you.

Otherwise, consider this written statement a personal protection order from going within 100 miles of the Town Inn and Suite. This applies to everyone reading this. You're welcome, I saved you.

If you are really hard pressed and need a place to sleep on the way through jersey, you could probably park in the parking lot for free, and get the same sketchy feeling, with a better room at a rate $X less than what the room would actually cost.
