Very bad customer service!!! If only I can give ZERO star I will! The lady who answered the phone is so RUDE!!! Disrespectful!!

I placed an order which is more than $20..usually Chinese food restaurants offer free soda or egg roll when the order is over $20. So I asked if i can get egg roll instead of soda. The lady said yes.

After an 1 hr waiting for my order, I realized they forgot the egg roll. So I called back and told the lady. She asked for my address etc etc. then she said I will give to you next time , since it’s only free egg roll. I asked why is it next time? Then she said we’re bz and then hang up the phone. So I got annoyed and called back. Her answer is “what do you want I told u were bz!” And then I started to get mad and told her she shouldn’t be treating customers like that. You know what she did?? She just had Phone probably on the counter but did not say anything to me to “can you hold on... obviously she did not want to hear my complaint , and I can hear her just continue taking orders. She just totally ignored me. Her point probably is, it’s just a free egg roll, big deal! My point is the principle that No matter how bz u are u shouldn’t be shouting at your customers and making them feel “only free egg roll” u didn’t pay for it! So get lost! Totally felt disrespected. I’m like begging her for a god damn egg roll!

Then to top that, the lomein we ate, in the middle of eating had hair! Gross! End up throwing the food away and ordered somewhere else!! What a dinner night!!

Never again will I order from this Chinese resto!!! How can you support a business if they don’t know how to treat their customer right?? THAT LADY SHOULDN’T BE TAKING ORDERS IF SHE DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO DEAL...

Food is really good however the customer service sucks. I have ordered here twice and both times I got the same lady delivering. The first time 10/14 she couldn't find my location and insisted I come outside to the parking lot Which I did do, However she kept saying I wasn't outside and I was and I was trying to give her directions and she wasn't listening. Whatever 10 min later I'm eating. This time today The same lady called me and said "I outside. come outside." I have never met such lazy delivery people. So I do outside and she is there I hand her a $20 and tell her "Just give me $4 back." leaving her a $4 tip for driving half mile to me. She just hands me the change and drives off. I ordered the chicken broccoli lunch combination special, I was given the beef with broccoli and to be honest the beef is 100% fat, keep chewing and chewing there's just no meat in the beef and the sauce/gravy was like jello. The fried rice was okay and the wonton soup was good. I don't think I'll go back to this place during my 2+-month visit which sucks because it's right near my job site and I eat Chinese at least once a week. I called to ask if they could send a driver to fix this but she kept insisting I have to come in and I explained I can't because I'm back at work and she just kept repeating herself you come in you come...
