Please check and review your payments during covid-19 situation with your Insurance company. They are charging monthly fees even when there were no appointment for the months due to limited slots. As per Nurse Jennifer, our treatment is time bound (24 months) and we are in contract , it will end irrespective of the quality of care/treatment status. However they will charge us monthly payment even if they are currently not able to keep monthly appointment due to their inability to schedule current patients

For any discussion they take no time in start showing you your signed contract papers like lawyers. We got the feeling that we need legal representation to talk to Dr Shah billing dept.

I would not recommend any new patient to go this office during COVID situation. You will pay full cost of treatment plan which may sound economical at time but may not receive the good quality of care service from Dr. Shah office.

Please take your kids and love ones to some Doctor who cares for providing good quality care and services rather than just the monthly contract fees and its legality, even if you have to shell out more money for your orthodontics needs.

2/15 Update- Insurance opened a quality of care investigation to get bottom of this, this made nurse Jennifer really mad and she called us and started yelling and scolding us, telling me, that I am poor parent and just want to save some money for kid treatment and really never cared about the quality of treatment. We got really scared of taking our kid to BnS again and cancelled our treatment plan with BnS with help of Insurance.

All I can say is that my 15 year old is in love with his new and improved smile. After having his braces removed yesterday, he walked out of the office with even more confidence than he had when we first had his consultation. A few of his friend's parents recommended us to this office, and I can truly say it was an awesome experience. The staff is friendly, flexible, kind and Dr. Shah is honest, trustworthy and will only offer the treatment that he thinks is necessary. He really is living his life's purpose. because his paitent's well-being is at the forefront of all of his decisions.

When we first sat down to discuss my son's treatment, Dr. Shah mentioned that his teeth weren't as bad as we thought and gave us a few options, before we decided to go with the 22 months of treatment and opted for the braces.

As I mentioned before, my son did not like his teeth and so we decided to get braces. Well he is on cloud nine!! Thanks a million to an awesome, caring staff who made our entire experience a pleasure. It is truly heartwarming in this day and time, where you can still find doctors who love what they do, and do it with a level of integrity that ensures favorable outcomes.

I came for a second opinion after I wasn’t satisfied with my daughter‘s previous treatment. My new dentist had recommended this office. Her daughter is currently being seen here and she said Dr. Shah is truly the best! I wish I had known about this office and came here for my daughter’s braces.
