Rt. 66 Casino — Local services in South Valley

Stayed there on 3/20/2019. Motel room was good, nothing special, but what was bad was the A/C didn't work,,would come on for about 1-2 minutes than shut off. Played with it for about an hour, than just sat up and turned it on when it went off. We had a set of twins 7 months old and an8 year old with three adults. Told the front desk about it in the morning and they said you didn't call...no not wanting any one tramping thru the room waking up every one...long story short no refund,,no comp. Just sorry,,, WONT STAY THERE ANY MORE AND WILL MAKE SURE NON OF MY...

The service at Thunder Road is horrible! Been there twice and had to wait a while to see a waiter. Last week ordered the ribeye, comes with a salad, expected the salad to be brought out first, shortly after placing our orders. It was brought out WITH my steak, so if I wanted to eat it first, my steak gets cold! also had to send the steak back, ordered it medium well, it was rare! Waiter disappeared, had to waive down a different waiter to...

Still a cool place to visit, but only casino in the area that has poor cell phone service only inside the casino itself. Bring your own vpn so you can at least video call those with you and use the casino wifi. Drink station is annoying as there is only one and you must be served and not get yourself. You have to wait in line for a drink. Just skip and buy a bottle drink...
