Laguna Burger at Route 66 Casino — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Had a very frustrating experience Saturday night. Every restaurant at the casino was busy when we got there at 6pm, no surprise there. Waited 30 minutes to get in, ok. Got our drinks quickly. Put in our order for 2 burgers, one fries and one salad at 7 pm, plenty of time to get to the 8pm show. But then we waited 45 minutes while everyone else got served, even people seated after we ordered. Our wait staff were aware, but didn’t do anything. We barely made the show. No comp, just a verbal apology. Next time we’ll eat a better meal...

The Laguna Burger was a complete disappointment. We went to RT 66 to play for my birthday last night and decided to get 3 Laguna Burger meals for the drive home. Once we were on i 40 we attempted to eat but the patties and buns were burnt so bad we couldn't even eat them. They were burnt hard as a rock. The to-go container that had the fries had about 1/2 inch of oil in the bottom and the fries were so saturated with oil it was disgusting. $50+...

Burger was good, as for the hotdog, over cooked very tough to chew. wouldn’t recommend the hotdog. As for the service, needs more work. Wife and I order milk shakes. But waitress ended up forgetting the order. Had to get up and remind her of it. Waitress never checked up on us to refill our drinks to busy talking to other co workers .
