We waited probably around 5 minutes at the counter and only saw 1 employee doing her best to fulfill ice cream orders. Then another employee comes from the bathroom to ring us up and seemed to have some difficulty getting the order into the system so we could pay, he even had to flag down another staff member to help. Totally understood in both these aspects. Maybe he's new and we have to have bathroom breaks, so again, totally understood. We ordered a kids meal chicken tender with barbecue sauce, apple sauce, and a water as well as a 4 peice tenders with buffalo sauce. We also ordered a couple of ice cream items. No issue at all with the ice cream items, but the sauces were a different story all together. The kids meal got no sauce and the 4 peice got the barbecue. Again, completely understandable when the location seems to be understaffed or staffed with new hires. I approach the counter again and ask for the buffalo sauce that was missed, the woman on the other end quoted me a price stating if I wanted extra I would have to pay for it. I explained to her I already paid for it and never recieved it. She then insists on pulling up my ticket and double confirming the meal did not come with sauce, as though I did not state that twice already. Seemed she wanted to pick a fight over a 1.5 Oz container of sauce. Still never got the water we ordered with the kids meal, but I didn't want to risk being interrogated for that either and just decided to buy water at the stop next door. Manager he said there was nothing he can do other than give me a refund on a kids menu then i ask to speak to the manager above him and he said that thw manager was not there and he couldnt call. So i said thats ok ill call corp. And he said thats fine do whatever. He was rude and to top it off the guy that brought us our food he said oh i forgot your gravy ill be right back and never brought it. This diary queen is not worth the time in my opion. In my opion they dont even deserve a 1 star if it had -star i would do that. I moved it up to a 3 star because the main manager called and he wanted my side and sai that was not exectable for his store to do that and will resolved the problem and he said he was so sorry about the food he will get on top of it he also adked if i was feeling ok. The cashier said yes so we did. Then another worker came from the back and asked us to move from behind the counter (we weren't behind the counter, only on the side) but it was confusing because if we were allowed to grab our own orders, and then another employee said to move away from the counter, then who is in charge of getting the orders out? The cashier kept taking order after order but not getting out the orders on the counter. My blizzard was half melted ☹ also no one seemed to care about customer service.
