The worst experience.... Im new in Pa., needed some furniture then the COVID-19 occurred, was skeptical on applying for credit on the internet but after speaking with Jerry I figured Iâd give it a chance and rest assured all would be ok.., I explained to him I was single and I wouldnât be able to get the furniture in the house Iâm renting and he assured me the delivery people would indeed bring everything inside and all would be ok... I was very excited... I live in a very quiet and quaint community where no one disturbs another... I made my deposit and the day of my delivery the delivery people were scheduled to arrive between 11 - 6 p.m Jerry was still in constant contact with me and all was well.. when the people arrived at 5:45 p.m. the delivery slip read curbside delivery and the guy was argumentative and very difficult to reason with when I tried to explain calmly that he should call Jerry he was rude and disrespectful and the woman whom he was working with was also very indignant and disruptive. They proceeded to insisted they were leaving the new merchandise on the curb and that it was my problem and I asked they please contact someone to get to the bottom if it all... The delivery guy was very urban speaking and was using bad language and the woman was as well there was a ruckus in front of my house which disturbed my neighbors. The owner then called me on my personal phone in regards too what happened and promised there would be new delivery people to return that following Tuesday.. That day he put me on the spot by making an unprofessional three way call to Jerry on his phone and questioning Jerry about him Promising me the merchandise would be brought in... yes, Jerry stated i did promise her this... but never did this happen. not did he address the fact that his delivery people were so unprofessional and disrespectful to me.... but Jerry stated these two were known for being this way and they are aware of it... The owner has never gotten back to me... this all began in April 14, 2020 That Tuesday the delivery was again going to be left curbside so I canceled the order with Jerry and I was very upset. I asked I please get my 10 % back and he said ok... but how about you try again... I being off a good faith with my god... discuss this with family from Lancaster who offer to come in and help agree and Jerry once again sets this up to be delivered the following Saturday May 11 I believe, my family drives in 11 a m and the delivery never show up I call Jerry so many times and he never answers me and instead blocks me... I have no way to contact him, nor the store, or the owner, no one, I feel hurt, scammed and upset... Two days later Iâm going through my emails and find a bill from the credit company they use theyâre going to take the first payment from my bank account for the merchandise I never even received... I try calling the store... calling Jerry... he tells me to write an email, I wrote the email... I got no response... Iâce never gotten my deposit back, Iâve never gotten merchandise, Iâve never gotten a call from Jerry CHam, never gotten a call from Just Furniture or the owner or anyone... I did call the store many times and thereâs always a busy signal once a woman answered I believe it was Jerryâs wife... she put me on hold and never came back in the phone. I called the Americans First Financial and have been in the phone with them for three weeks and they still can get in contact with anyone at the store about my situation and this is now going to effect my credit. This is the worst unprofessional establishment Iâve ever encountered in my life. I come from Staten Island and we pride ourselves in hospitality and treating people good from beginning to end. This situation is horrible and I am in such a terrible bind over this I do not advise anyone to trust or do business with these people...
   Read moreWe will not be returning to buy anything else from this store based upon our experience. This is lengthy, but please know that we did a lot of research prior to our purchase. We purchased a sectional on 11/30/19 and was told it would not be in stock until 12/15/19. Not a problem! We werenât in a rush. We had a great experience with Carolina in store. She was friendly & professional. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We ordered the sectional and on 12/19/19 I received a call letting me know the sectional would be delivered on 12/24/19 but could not give me a time as I would receive a call that Monday night around 5:30 PM, letting me know the hours for the following day. On Monday 12/23/29, I still had not received a call by 6:45ish, so I called the store. The first representative could not find my order by my name or phone number. Finally after 15 minutes, the order was found and I was told there was a âwarehouse mixupâ with no further explanation except that the sofa wouldn't be delivered on 12/24 as was stated on 12/19. I put a review up that I was very disappointed in how this was handled and received a call a few minutes later letting me know the order was found and it would be delivered on 12/24 as originally told but the delivery drivers would call me on 12/24 between 7:30 - 8:30 am to let me know when. I was also asked to remove my negative review at that time. I did, as it seemed they had corrected the âmixup.â However, on 12/24, 7:30 am came and went, 8:30 am came and went and when I still had not received a phone call by 10:00 AM, I called the store. AGAIN, they could not find my order. I explained this is what I was told last night and stated I had my receipt with FULL payment showing what I paid and when I ordered, along with the notes. The owner stated heâd have to call me back. 25 minutes later he did and said the order would be delivered between 2-7 PM. Itâs Christmas Eve...I have plans. I was NEVER told what time my furniture would be delivered on multiple occasions. Iâll admit, I was extremely frustrated and let the owner have it a bit, but to my surprise he continued to talk over me and call me Judy (FYI - not even my name, not even close.) When I stated I had plans and I could not have it delivered, he stated it was already on the truck out for delivery. I said too bad - I never received any phone call and Iâve had to call twice now to follow up on my delivery. After some bantering, I had to reschedule to get it delivered today 12/31 as I was away on vacation. FINALLY, we received our furniture. I am very happy with the sectional but the delivery drivers did not take the trash out. We were told it wasnât part of the set up, even though set up was included in my cost as stated on my receipt. And really? They couldnât take the trash out? I understand they donât work directly for the store, but this is extremely poor customer service. Itâs the LEAST that Just Furniture could do after all of my aggravation and the confusion/miscommunication on their part. To top it all off, the owner told me âdonât worry, this isnât your fault.â OF COURSE ITâS NOT! I have my purchase receipt and all of my information, as well as call log documentation and names of everyone I spoke with. I was disappointed I was not refunded the delivery fee or offered anything else (trash removal) for the inconvenience we went through. We did get a fantastic deal on the sofa, but next time Iâll stick with another furniture store that hopefully wonât put us through the frustration, disappointment and disrespect as this store did.    Read moreI had recieved a flyer of this furniture store in the mail. It had stated bad credit no credit no matter what you can be approved. I decided to call. I spoke with a young lady named DILENY. The next day I decided to check it out and Omg, Amazing. First time in this store and OMG. The service is amazing. As soon as you enter the store, the gentleman that was there, I forgot his name, but he is a little older. He was very helpful as well. I immediately went over to speak with DILENY. She is an amazing woman, she did everything she could to help me with the process of getting approved. No matter what she never gave up. Then she helped me with picking out my living room set. I had got the 13 piece package deal for just $899. WOW. Amazing. Not even unclaimed freight, gives you a deal with so much to choose from PLUS it is GRANTEED APPROVAL. All I paid was a small FEE and that was it. Even my children were loving this beautiful store.. DILENY was so helpful and a woman of taste as well.. In just two weeks or less, my furniture is coming. I can't waitđđ. God is Good. No matter what happens in life. You will always succeed and move forward. What you lose in the past, you will gain more in the future.. I will be coming back to this store. I truly recommend this store to anyone who needs to start fresh. Make sure you go to Dileny.. She is awesome.. Just Furniture.. 4750 Tilghman St. Allentown..
