I should have read the reviews about this store earlier. This "final sale" tag thing is unbelievable! There was NO information about NO RETURNS. I saw a yellow tag, I thought it was a deal. After I paid for the product, I learned that that was the last item in stock and that it would be IMPOSSIBLE to return/exchange the item if it was not working properly. I did not even leave the cashier/store! I asked if I could have my money back and leave the item, unopened. They said it was impossible because there was no such a thing in the system. I asked for the manager, he repeated the same nonsensical thing about the system not even having the item anymore (the item that was still in front of them). In the end, I learned the hard way that "final sale" was not some sort of deal, they were simply disposing of remaining items in stock and getting some money. I felt 100% gypped! BTW, this store needs a new manager who listens to their customers needs. There where certain items in your sale boxes and for some reason I dont know if they were just put there by the store. Some cost 99 cents 1.99 these articles when I brought them to the cash register they came up as more. Its was not my fault If they where there but the guy on the register did not want to work with and solve this issue to see if the store made a mistake or I did. The next thing out of his mouth he tells me that there are other customers behind me. And I told him he needs to take care of me and then the other customers. He got very huffy with me. He said it in a very condescending manner. He got very and anxious and he looked at me over the counter and wanted to swing at me. That's when the manager decided to step in. Read moreQuality? Not even close. I bought an air compressor from harbor freight for 160.00. It worked one time. I tried returning it less then 48 hours later, and they told me they could not take it because I had already put oil in it?! I had to ship it back, but would not be given a refund, only an exchange. OK. so the new one arrives with a dent, and both gauges had the glass broken. Shipped it back, and they shipped me a new one. Would not turn on. The amount of time that I had to spend on the phone to get my money back (after they kept accusing me of not knowing how to plug it into the wall) was not even worth the effort. When I called the store to talk to a manager (which everyone seems to be), they told me that I should have been able to return it to the store! The "manager" then told me that they return and exchange no less then 10 every day! WHAT!? How many of these actually work?...
