My right knee replacement revision surgery was in September. It was my third joint replacement experience here (both shoulders in 2020). Attentive, professional, kind, thorough, knowledgeable, supportive and caring staff. Large, clean individual rooms with refrigerator for your ice packs. Excellent (hospital) food. My nurses and the hospital physician all compromised with me on my pre-existing list and timing of medication administration. I had two PT sessions and homework during my day -long stay. Keep in mind when you pack before your procedure: this hospital does not contain a cafeteria, outpatient pharmacy, or gift shop. My nurse patiently spent a lot of time with me to have my discharge prescriptions filled by my local pharmacy. Had my spinal cord surgery here today, and as always the experience was nothing short of amazing. Starting from the check in to the prep everyone was extremely caring. Dr. Nirmala Shah was very thorough and went over everything before the surgery and after. Jackie was amazing with capturing the details and putting in the IV. Lauren and Amanda were great as OR nurses. The 1hr and 40 mins procedure couldn't have gone any better! I would recommend the doctors, care staff and the facility...

While having a procedure done on your children is never ideal, this place was excellent. The staff here were amazing with her, from the intake nurses to the anesthesiologist, the recovery nurses and the surgeon. Everyone respected that this little person was scared and explained everything to her directly in terms she couldn't understand. They made this experience as painless...
