My appointment was at 6:45. They did not take me until 720. I talked to the nurse described what was going on mind you I was very disoriented because of how I felt I was asked to give a urine sample as is a normal procedure going to the doctors And then wait 30 minutes at this time. I get a notification around 8 o’clock of random medicines from CVS. Mind you they close at 8 o’clock. The doctor finally comes in. He doesn’t ask me any questions Nothing. He diagnoses me with something that I do not have as the lab results show all negative. I’ve state how he is hypothesizing what I have due to the evidence the test has shown. he seems very annoyed as I’m not taking his fake diagnosis for an answer since he personally hasn’t even Took the time to talk to me yet or examine me. Any states that I’m complaining For other than saying the word symptoms. You can tell he was getting pretty frustrated And just wanted to go home. Same with everyone else and that urgent care as they were talking about clients in public which violet HIPAA. I’m very sad and to feel so neglected by the medical field As he never talk to me ever personally or evaluated me. They just made me pee in a cup and prescribe me random medicine that they didn’t even explain. He gets so annoyed About me asking questions that Eventually, he he keeps saying is that all the questions you have for me if so, have a good day. I don’t believe this is how anyone should be treated and due to this I will be contacting patient relationship. I wanted to give myself The night to process what happened. I was very emotional, leaving the practice as I was treated poorly. I hope they do some more training on how to provide the best care for individuals like me. Especially how uncomfortable it is to sit there and hear other people talk about other patients result and questioning things as shouldn’t, they know how to read results correctly Working at the...
Read moreI was there almost two hours which was way too long. Got there 3:15 and left at nearly 5:00. The nurse who did the tests and my check up was fine even though it did take a while for her to come in. Took forever to be seen by the PA, and when he did show up he asked "what seems to be the issue?" when i had already explained every symptom to the nurse who I saw wrote everything down. I told him we were just waiting for strep/flu results and he said in a very patronizing way, that he needed to explain to me how the medical care practice works because I obviously didn't know. He said he had to examine me even further and I had to re-explain my symptoms because either he was too lazy to check the report or he was just being difficult. Either way, super unprofessional and such a jerk. I was appalled by his condescending attitude especially because my mom was there witnessing all of this. After all that time, he didn't even come back with results and i had to wait even longer just for him to tell me it was negative and needed to do a culture strep test, which would take 2-3 days. We were sitting there waiting and waiting for him to come back with paperwork and when we opened the door to check what was taking so long (my mom had plans to make dinner) we saw him walk into another patients room. So we said forget it, we are not waiting two hours for this. Worst doctors experience ever! I will not be...
Read moreBooked appointment on line, 4/6/22, for a PCR test at 4:20 pm. I arrived at 3:50, checked in on line at 4:00, entered facility at 4:05. I was finally called to front desk to provide ID and insurance cards. Then I sat and watched many people come and go including walk-ins. Continued to wait and was told, a few times I’d be next. A photographer was taking photos of the doctor, also heard the owner was present. My husband had a 4:30 appointment for same test. At 4:55 he went to front desk to find out what the problem was, he was told we would be next. A woman came in with children. I asked what time her appointment was and she said 5:00. Sure enough she was called in but we were not. My husband complained to the MA who simply told him “…don’t raise your voice, we are doing the best we can.” Then she came back and put us in a room, said she would let the other MA know and shut the door, it was after 5pm. The MA was hostile, her eyes said it all, no apology or explanation. She acted like it was all our fault. We heard the other MA open the door to the waiting room and call out our last name. My husband jumped up and open the exam door and stepped out to catch her. She was kind and apologized. I think the public relations photo shoot, no doubt, was put before the patient care. Not a smart move....
