Starbucks — Restaurant in Southbury

SO... I have been to Starbucks in about 9 states now.... In general I love your store, BUT tonight? I found a true gem, for the record today is May 25th 2019, evening shift, so buy the crew that is on duty not only lunch, but take them out for drinks, because they are the best crew of over 30 stores ive ever seen... there was a very pleasant girl sweeping the floor after i walked into the door who NORMALLY would ignore me, but this one said "HI!" ! The gentleman behind the counter was advised that i needed caffeine and I wanted Matcha green tea, there was another lovely girl behind the counter who assisted and after deciding my drink? I left with the beverage I am currently happy to write this review about.... The Southbury Starbucks is the salt of the Earth.. I would genuinely appreciate and expect a reply to this review confirming that your company not only ordered lunch in for this store on the house, but took the wonderful employees out for happy hour on the house as well..

I will follow up in one month to see that this was indeed launched, and that the wonderful coffee/tea makers at this joint were pampered,

Starbucks has always impressed me with the quality of the service and food; I don't just go to be a stereotypical snob who wants to show off the logo. However, I recently ordered a ham and cheese croissant expecting to enjoy a nice little snack during my work break. That's not what happened. Instead, on top of my anxiousness to escape from work for a bit and relax, I ended up eating a piece of ''meat" which looked rotten and old. Do you know how unsatisfying it is to eat something that looks like the lung of someone who has been smoking since they could write their name? Well, I know it's not satisfying. I suggest you give "The Jungle" by Upton Sinclair a read and maybe, just MAYBE, try not to kill people with this infectious meat because last I checked it was 2017 and we at least tried to prevent these nasty scraps from destroying our bodies from the inside out. I sent my husband to get a coffee for me. The same guy who took his order, also called his name and handed him the coffee and my husband asked him if that was his coffee and said yes, but when I brought it back, they refused to make me the coffee my husband ordered instead blamed him and told me to bad. Usually I would have not returned it, but because tans are hard at wings are expensive I chose to don’t splurge on an eight dollar coffee. There was no label on the coffee either.
