Harvard Row Mall — Local services in Southfield

We went to a couple places in the plaza. The plaza has ample parking, dollar tree was clean and the staff was pretty friendly. After we left dollar tree we went to the Chinese restaurant located in the corner of the restaurant. Upon entering the building a strong smell of seafood hit me slap in the face and upset my stomach. Then we begin to make our way down to the chinese restaurant and when we enter the establishment it smells like old grease but we still sat down. We picked up a take out menu, the hostess said no use the dine in menu. We asked what the difference was and she told use that they different was the price. Dine in menu was more expensive. So begin to place our order and we noticed if you want shrimp fried rice it would be 4.00 more. I wanted to order shrimp fried rice but wasn't willing to pay 4.00 extra so we left, because I had eaten there before and their food was mediocre. I don't think we'll...

Hobby Town Southfield was more than just a shopping trip. It was a shopping experience. This store has both fun and educational hobbies for kids of all ages. The staff was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and didn't mind answering any questions we had. I'm so glad that we were able to find a local store to meet our hobby needs versus ordering online and not receiving true satisfaction that comes along with the in-store experience. Everyone had proper PPE and we were able to comfortably social distance from other customers. My only regret is, that I didn't know about this place sooner!!! A recent trip to Noah's Market, (before it closed down for some reason) I found out that a fire started in the meat dept. Probably something ignited that fatty meat and set it on fire! The state inspectors closed it down. When a food store has a fire, everything has to be thrown out, they did not want to do that. I was followed around the store by a so-called security guard. This man weighed about 500 lbs. and looked like Baby Huey!
