Very unprofessional and not knowledgeable on their coupon policies. Staff needs to be trained on how to provide good customer service. The store needs to change it's closing hours via public domain, online the store closes at 11pm. While I was in the process of purchasing my items I was miss in formed on how DG doesn't except more than one coupon per transaction and how I needed to hurry up they closing. The last time I was there, right after I paid for my items the cashier took his hand, waved his hand at me and not to say good bye. Just Rude. The men employees give the store a bad reputation and bring the morale down. Cont. Paris, the manager who rudely told me hurry up and buy the night before closing not only rudely greeted me the following after noon while I made a return, for my own personal reasons couldn't fathom why I would want to return an item and re purchase it, gave him the right to retain the item I wanted to re purchase so I could utilize all my discounts that weren't given prior to, called the police for no good apparent reason, he had personal issues with me repurchasing the item, I guess, told the staff to ignore me when I asked for the district managers name, lied to police, told them and he asked me to leave the store, and I asked why was it necessary to call the police he lied to me and said he asked me to leave, the police show up for no good apparent reason, Paris then banned me from returning to the store. What right does he have to abuse his title as management and or authority, causing unnecessary grief, embarrassment, and humiliation to respectable customers...
   Read moreI would give a 5 but, I have one small issue. I just left this location, me and my mother come in almost everyday. We speak to management, we are regulars. There is a lady their right now on register and someday nice some not so. It's only 2 women that force you to pull out your ID. She was so rude. I told her "you ask for the ID and you know my age. I've seen her not ask the customer before me then smiles and says ID. Games at work. I understand that you ID. The management don't do it because he said I know you your a regular.    Read moreAs of today, Dollar Tree gets a 5 because they updated the store. 1). The floors look great. 2). The shelves are very neat and organized. 3). They added new products and brands. 4). They expanded the food, decor and seasonal items. And the workers are generally nice. NOTE: Before today, the store was junky, floors dirty and cluttered (boxes all over the place).
