Joel (Appliance Alliance) was great. He repaired our refrigerator and the work was done correctly the 1st time. We had another appliance repair prior to Joel and the work was not performed correctly. When we were looking for a different company we chose Appliance Alliance because of the 5 star Google reviews. We were not disappointed. No matter the appliance, he will be our go to repair guy...

Some repairmen show up when they feel like it, don't show up at all,don't let you know if there has been a change of plans, or charge like they are in New York . This gentleman is ALL class. Keeps you informed on when he thinks he can get there.Has very reasonable charges and when its fixed its fixed. Would definitely...
