The Manager brought out a battery operated 4 wheeler on the floor I wanted to purchase for my grandson. I asked how much it was, she stated she would have to price it. Then another lady who was there with her son went in the back of the store when the sign on the door clearly stated “only employees beyond this point”. Then the Manager “Trisha” came out and said the item was not for sale. When I tried to have a discussion with her, she was rude and began yelling at me and all I wanted to do was to talk to her about what just happened. She can deny it if she wants to, but I’ve got it all on video if you would like to see it. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever came across! The icing on the cupcake was when I went to step into the store and she blocked me saying the sign on the door (facing the storefront) says “Do Not Enter”-as she was pounding on it. I was told if I wanted to shop I had to go out the back, drive around and go in the front door-instead of being able to walk 3 steps…?! I will NEVER be donating...
