Nice enough folks on the front end of the deal, but not too good on the back end. I bought a King size Southern Lady mattress and box springs from them, not one of the el cheapo's (~$1000). After just 2 years it developed some serious impressions. Well within spec for warranty replacement. After several tries I finally got them to agree to come look at it and then to actually show up. They took pics and measured. After hearing nothing for a long time and after several phone calls they finally said, in a polite way, that I was out of luck. Gee. Thanks. Beach Road Furniture made the whole experience of buying a new recliner seamless and pleasant. They had a good selection of high quality furniture (all the recliners I was considering were manufactured in the US), the sales team was knowledgable and not in the least bit pushy, and they delivered it the next day and took our old recliner FOR FREE (the delivery people were also very nice and quick). The prices are slightly higher than some of the other discount shops in the area, but for the quality, service, and supporting a local business, I would say it is well priced. We will definitely be shopping there for any of our furniture needs...
