While I was on vacation in Reno I wanted to do some wedding dress shopping. I had called after hours and left a message to see when I could make an appointment. It was last minute and I was leaving a couple days later. The next day Cindy, the owner, contacted me and said that if I came in right when she opened she could help me. I showed up and Cindy was very patient and helpful and I found my beautiful wedding dress! When I got back home I had a few questions and each time that I called and spoke with Cindy and her daughter, Heidi, they were always pleasant and answered all my questions. I would totally recommend this bridal boutique!!

Had a great appointment trying on dresses they worked with me and my budget. The consultant even had extra fabric to show me what sleeves would look like on my dress. I ended up purchasing beautiful ballgown and my niece also found herself a gold mermaid dress for my wedding. I later on had second thoughts about the top of my dress the employees at blue garter made phone calls with the designer to get it changed for it to still arrive in time for alterations and my wedding. This place is Amazing!!! I highly recommend if you are in the area to search for your perfect wedding dress here. When i came in they were so helpful and nice and explained how everything works and their shop was beautiful. they have the picture of what the dress looks like on so you are not just seeing it hanging there which was super helpful. they were not pushy and i felt like i could take my time. im so happy i chose my dress here in the first visit. they even shipped it to my house. the dress got here fast and was in perfect condition and based on their recommendations fit so well. thank you for this awesome experience....
