Very upset with this casino I satDown to play a machine and it wasn’t working correctly so the slack technician came to fix it as he was fixing it I went to the next machine next to it and waited and played on that machine waiting I’ve been went to get the food I ordered and noticed that someone had cashed out on the machine I was sitting on so I ran across the Casino to get my money from the person who took it out of the machine I did came back and alerted that I am that the person had took my money I did speak to security Cody and let him know what was going on I’ve been asked if you can I watch my machine so that I can go get my food as that was happening the man fixing the machine Never communicated with security or let the security know that he was fixing the machine for me So when I came back someone Now someone was playing and winning money on the machine that I was waiting for the pit boss Kevin such a jerk not only doesn’t care but is very in compassionate and Cody is jerk all he wanted to do is threaten to throw me out of the casino because I was upset they are not good at this casino and they have no compassion for the people that come to this casino. first of all the buffet deal buy one get one free is a joke unless you live here why the heck would your rent a room if your live in reno ? 2 the slots are hard to win anything on either that or I had the worst luck of my life you would think with 400 bucks u would get a bonus or line hit right lol nope 😄 3 very rude customer Service this guy from the Philippines who was very rude and wanted to just fight with me they wouldn't even give me a toothbrush :( 4 the gym closes who closes a gym in a resort really ? None but this one 4 the security deposit is 100 bucks really not even the gsr charges that much and the rooms are way nicer tbh :( 5 the elevator is really old and scary and to many people get in at once it shakes and rattles I'm really disappointed and sad because I had high Hope's for this but the pool is amazing and the hrs are awesome :) the food is very nicely priced and although the pay out is nothing they still have cool games I love the variety I got a alright deal on here and it's not bad if your not picky it smells good and the beds are nice its not the worst ...

My husband and I used to come here all the time. Back in the day, they had a locals special called "Stepping Out Package." it included a dinner, show, and two cocktails for under thirty dollars. Those were the days.

It has been years since I have seen a show here. However, many greats have performed at this showroom. We came here recently to see Preacher Lawson the comic. The venue has a lot more seats crowded in than it did years ago. Less legroom and space to move.

In my humble opinion, there is a bad seat in the house. The stage is large and fairly close. The sound and lighting are excellent. Of course, it does depend on the lighting and sound crew provided. However, on this night they were both on point.

700 seats are available at this venue. The Nugget offers ample well-lit parking. A great place to come and see a comic or other entertainer. A small bar is usually set up just outside the doors...
