My boyfriend and I are from the Sacramento area. My boyfriend has been what seems to be a Neverending journey to get his hair to a silver gray, he has Asian hair which can be extremely difficult to bleach out. We went to a stylist in town on a recommendation from a coworker who has similar hair, ended up being a total disaster where she just dyed the bleach black so we started back at square one. I reached out to the numerous hair stylists I know for advice one them was chloe who works at siren. Looking at her portfolio I knew she was a genius with color. We decided to make the 2 hour drive to reno in hopes that this would be the best solution. I also decided to update my hair since we are making a 2 hour drive. My boyfriend can be a bit of a karen so I knew there would be a possibility that he would be dissatisfied, complete opposite happened. Chloe got his hair to what he wanted, my hair came out gorgeous. What really impressed me about this salon was the team work between the stylists and they all went out of there way to make the client comfortable. I had an appointment schedule on Sunday For a haircut and I was scheduling through their website and their website scheduled me for 130 with someone who does Nail so I got an email saying my appointment was scheduled to 330 so I called to make sure that my new appointment was at 3:30 and the person I spoke to me and her both had a miscommunication when it came to the scheduling I showed up at 3:30 and they said they were not able to take me because someone else had that timeframe and I called them to make sure that I was supposed to be here at 3:30 the woman said no you called me earlier you confirmed 130 like I said there was miscommunication between being her she and I “said that doesn’t look like it’s going to work out and hung up in my face and I tried to call back and she did not pick up the phone the customer service was absolutely terrible and she claims to be the owner the owner needs to learn how to have good communication with her customer and not just blatantly be rude and hang up in your face I will never...

For whomever wishes to hear, Cody is amazing. I initially went in for an appointment at 3 o'clock with same day booking. I asked for highlights on the phone call and for feathering or heavy layering with mid length hair. Let me tell you, Cody delivered and then some. I showed him pictures of what I wanted in the beginning of the session and before anything he got a second opinion from another hairstylist. In all my years of going to a hair salon, I have never, ever, seen that before and was truly taken aback by the care he showed and his intentional efforts to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Additionally, him and I were talking throughout the entire session which was amazing to have someone so friendly. He is so massively talented and pays such close attention to detail. It was truly amazing to watch and receive quite simply, a piece of art on my head lol! I'm so glad to have met Cody and will be returning just for him!
