Everything was nice in the store but mainly there for prescriptions and the wait time was crazy. The line was almost 12 people deep and the wait time well over 30-45 min. I did have too pick up literally 3 things from the store and send money from the customer service desk. A gentleman was kind enough to hold my spot so I could get that out of the way. This saved me 20 min as there were lines up front that were crazy long even in the self checkout. It didn't help that it was a busy time 5:30ish. As it was from the time I got in line at the pharmacy to the time I left the pharmacy was 1 hour and 5 min. Wide open and clean. I am proud to call it my new home store. My ONLY complaint is to PLEASE for the love of God.Teach your employees the proper(Lost Phone)protocol. Mine was recently left in the restroom.🤦‍♀️ When I went to the Customer service counter to inquire, the gal took a box from under the counter, which had 4 phones in it. She asked about mine. It wasn't there. I went home and turned my investigation instincts on. I tracked it down. I called the police. They went and got it for me and were told by the woman who found it that she tried to turn it in but was told you don't except lost Mobile phones and couldn't tell you what to do with it....

Place is clean. Stoll not used to the design. The only Safeway that is not designed the same as the other ones in the city. Its very modern and jusy like the others organized and easy to find things. Just know the taco dry seasons are wuth the other seasons like gravy and such. Took a moment to find. Ay first it Houghton dry seasoning was out and liquid taco seasoning is in.
