Yesterday 12/29/2021, I was taking care of my two grandchildren, and in order not to be locked in my house all day due to bad weather, taking them both to Fly High seemed like a good option. I remembered that two years ago my daughter-in-law and son had held my oldest grandson's sixth birthday party there. During the two hours I paid for the three of us, I realized the risks to the integrity of my grandchildren and other children in some toys and started taking pictures. You can see that there are broken toys with improvised solutions that only increase the risk, because it gives a feeling of security, but when the reality is different. In the toy named Jungle the one where the little ones play the most was where I found the most problems. Metal bars with no protection, part of the toy with a caution tape, which for a child almost three years old (the age of my youngest grandson) means nothing and is just another thing for him to play with. I found in a part of the same toy an exposed plywood with staples showing in a place where all the children were passing from one place to another. And I also found many other things that you can see in the pictures below. I talked to the manager and he told me “that he himself had already fixed some problems… In other words they have been doing palliative fixes but that doesn't solve the problem. cheapy company for any dashers out their yall already know these people do not tip but wanf you to deliver. further more ive been inside and what they have to offer is pretty fun, but looking at previous reviews by other people it seems that the company certainly has trouble properly acknowledging their customers complaints. One customer complained about a giant hole and the fact that a child can fit through it because it’s within the play place , and even gain access to possible electrical components. there was zero acknowledgment about the current condition of the play place and the had distinctly replied that They were certified by the trampoline association, who apparently has not seen that yet. I’m no trampoline associate, but after having seen those images, I certainly would be concerned And would advise them immediately to fix it. Another customer was claiming that there was a stigma towards her kid who decided to speed walk and they claimed he was running the only acknowledgment that this person God was that that doesn’t sound like our company, but regardless it physically happened at their company or the complaint wouldnt have been made. goofball owners cmoon do better yall aint gotta tip jack but...

If you're looking for a place to make your offspring tired (and yourself if you're not pregnant, disabled, or a cellphone entranced zombie), this is it.

Admission is an alright deal if you spring for the year and come regularly, but be aware the attending adult is still $5 each visit. I'd be happy to see a parents year pass in some form.

Concessions are a bit cheaper than a movie theater.

Arcade games are sorely neglected.

There is a good variety of activities for different age and skill levels, but much of the 6 and under play area is not functional. Nothing that looks hazardous, just missing out on fun that was clearly part of the original design. (The cool ball launchers in the pics are a good example of something that needs repair, all four have never worked since I've been going)

Employees are friendly, helpful, and attentive. I see all of them running around helping, cleaning, and checking in with customers about their experience. They are the reason this place gets my business and that fourth star. I can't say enough good stuff about them.
