Yesterday at around 7:45 I had gone to the drive through to order two venti caramel macchiatos. Sitting at the drive though speaker there was no one there. Waited a good two minutes for a young male to come one and take my order. He then told me to pull to the window for the total cost. So I did. Then sitting at the window waited AGAIN for this kid to show up. Let me remind you I was the ONLY PERSON THERE yet he still couldnt take my order in a timely manner. After waiting three more minutes a red head male employee told me the balance and I gave him the money. Not a hello or thank you. He then grabs one of the ventis and I see its leaking from the top. I see him make an attempt to pour some out in the sink next to the window and wipe so off. He then proceeds to hand it to me and as soon as I grab it my hand was covered on caramel syrup. He didn't bother to wipe that off at all. I then take it in my car to place in my cup holder, I see the top is STILL covered in coffee and it spills on my pants. I look at him waiting for him to at least apologize or something. All I got was three napkins and a "sorry bout that" in a rude tone. He then hands me the second drink same thing. This time no caramel syrup on the side but still the top was covered in coffee that had spilled every where too. My boyfriend was parked out side as he was getting gas and i had told him what had happened. He had recommended i go back in there and get this employees name and managers name and number. But I decided since I was there just before their closing time I won't go back in. But instead I will write this review on every possible website associated with this Starbucks location and employee.
Let me just say, we as customers are the ones who SIGN your pay checks. With out us you wouldn't have a pay check each month. We deserve a little more decency and respect when giving you our money. IF you cannot do that one simple thing then id be more than happy to look else where for coffee. Maybe more local. Im sure they would be nicer as well. Its really sad when I see others review this place with one star. Its sad that we feel the need to go out of our way and make time in our day just to complain about the service of this location.

Read moreThe great accomodation about this location is the drive through. It is on McCarran, which means you can stop by to get a beverage before you go to your destination.
Usually the drive through is very slow, and the times I usually go thilere is a long line. (Maybe the long line links to the speed and efficiency?). The drinks are usually standard to any other Starbucks as well.
This time around, I used the drive through and there were only about 2 cars in front of me. This wasn't bad as I still had time before arriving at my destination. Immediately, I was greeted however I needed a few seconds to decide. I finally decided and gave them my order.
I remember driving in, the guy at the window seemed to be having a fun and joyous conversation with the car in front. I though "Wow! He must be very customer oriented. I'm glad I'll be assisted by a pleasant person today." The the car left the next car came up and he did the same thing, laughing and enjoying the company of the customer. Thus didn't bother me one bit.
As I pulled up, he was holding my drink and straw out of the window ready to hand me my drink and said the price of my drink seeming to be very short with me. He took me card and hangmded it back and said "there you go." I didn't know whether he was done or not as he went back inside getting other drinks ready. Maybe waiting for a receipt? So I politely asked "is that all?" And he replied "Yes you're set." I left a bit taken aback.
I wasn't expecting to be conversed with or needed the attention at all. I feel like the service could've just been improved with mannerisms. Maybe a "thank you! Have a good day" would've prompted an okay youre done.
Overall, Starbucks is Starbucks. Drinks are standard. Haven't been inside to check atmosphere. But service needs improvement and consistency. Speed needs to be addressed as well.

Read moreI've been a regular to this Starbucks off and on for about a year. The last three months they've changed a lot of employees. Not a good thing since they've done so. My coffee has not been the same. Always inconsistent. I feel like even the regulars that know me, and how I like my coffee just don't care anymore. I like my coffee at a certain temperature at they do not get it right. They are the only Starbucks in town to not understand 130 degrees. So I have to order it at 120 for them to make it right. Yesterday (8/6/15) was the icing on the cake. I went through the drive thru and ordered my usual coffee, as I pulled away from the window I took a teeny sip. Temperature was perfect, but that was not vanilla. I parked, went inside and told the girl that she made my coffee wrong. She gave me a deer in headlights look, like she would never make a coffee wrong. She looked at the syrups and sure enough, they had the hazelnut and vanilla switched. I'm allergic to nuts! I told the girl that and she looked at the bottle, "It's artificial flavoring." was her her response. IT DOES NOT MATTER!! I'M ALLERGIC TO NUTS!! She re-made my coffee and I stormed out. I should have spoken to the manager, but I had an appointment to get to. I will be letting the...
