As everyone else has already stated before. Metropawn holds itself to a standard of customer care and efficiency. I needed something and he told me if I waited just a bit till he handled all his other customers which he held to it and I waited and he still conversed with me professionally while he handled the other persons needs. He then afterwards went into the back area to search for the item I requested just as he said but also made sure there was another manager in the lobby while he did so always feel it's important to have at least one person on the floor that way theres no rustle when customers come in with specific needs and no one to help them. Christian you're very professional and you efficient in every part of your job description I hope you're valued in your store because you do offer such splendid service thank you for helping me with my search my girlfriend and I really appreciate it! Read moreI have been a customer of metro pawn for at least 15 years...the employees are fantastic, they're knowledgeable, kind, and offer tremendous customer service, however, metro pawn was recently bought by a large chain company and the process in which you buy and sell there is now completely different than before....and though I will continue to shop at metro pawn, I am very displeased with this new way and will no longer refer anybody to these stores...and, the loan is due 21 days sooner with a higher interest rate then it was prior to the change of ownership....it also takes much longer then before because the new owners do not allow the sales people to rewrite the same loan again...no, they have to start over again and what used to take a few minutes now takes upward of 15 minutes or more. Read moreSadly the assistant manager, Carolina/Caroleena has made for this 1 star review. Man, I have dealt with some rude employees but she is one of a kind. I don't know if it's because she was sick but she was flat out disrespectful and incompetent. I have never, in the years we've been dealing with Metro Pawn encountered such a rude person. She claims they don't send out reminder cards when the item you have pawned is due for renewal or an extension, though I have received one every single month. I misplaced it for this month and she wasn't willing to let me know when my due date was. Every other clerk I have encountered in this store has been nothing but helpful. She has left such a sour taste in my mouth that I will gladly take any future business...
