I took my non-working beloved tablet to these fine people and they replaced the battery for a more than reasonable price within an acceptable timeframe.

I had already taken my tablet to 4 other places - no offense to PC Service Center, and all the other places told me I could recycle it - but that's about all they could do. I never told the PC Service Center because I had very little money and needed a miracle - I have another much older but in very good condition tablet but the older the more limitations. I do not own a television or another computer. I previously had 2 laptops for about a decade when they both brokedown within a week of each other (I had kept them both going for years) when I was also broke so I then purchased this tablet Pc Service Center just fixed used because I love all the free apps with android.

It's been a great tablet but the battery started giving me problems about 6 months in and I researched it - what I found (I used to be a computer programmer 40 years ago so I do have a brain at my disposal) was I needed a new battery. One day recently the tablet refused to boot up so I made a plan to take it to someone I knew and trusted and that's his business and he works where I work - a computer genius who fixes computers for a living informed me that my tablet was toast and he really didn't like to work on tablets and no one does so I'd simply have to replace it . . . . . . . (it was like loosing a friend). That was pretty much the story where ever I took it - you know - all the normal places with big names that do that sort of work and then one place that a friend who has every kind of high end computer everything has used and recommended - they all agreed it was RIP for my Tablet.

I actually used to live off Sparks Blvd, and had noticed PC Service Center (why do you notice a place or person or business in your travels) back then so when I was frustrated because no one wanted to help me and I knew they could . . . PC Service Center kept popping in my mind - I was driving from the last place I'd taken it . . . so I drove right there.

Friendly nice people - great service and a willingness to do what they say they do - wow - just the miracle I needed because I'm so pleased to be reviewing them from my still beloved Tablet.

Thank you PC Service Center. I knew there was a reason you came to mind. When I picked up the Tablet a very nice man seemed surprised I was SO very pleased to be picking it up - this is his business so people I'm sure pick up their technology everyday but this was monumental for me...

I have been a customer of PC Service Center in Sparks NV since 2007. I have received excellent and honest service and technical expertise for the last 18 years. I purchased an excellent Dell laptop from PC Service Center in the past. It came fully loaded including the Microsoft Suite and a 1 year parts and labor warranty. If I ever had a question on my unit senior technician Nat now owner of the establishment always greeted me with a smile and answered all of my questions ensuring I fully understood how to operate my laptop. I currently reside in Salt Lake City Utah. It came time to upgrade to a new computer last week. Due to my excellent previous experience with PC Service Center and more importantly the service you receive as a customer after the sale full parts and labor warranty included I traveled down to Sparks NV last week and purchased a brand new HP laptop from the PC Service Center. At my request prior to leaving Utah owner of PC Service Center Nat took my order to include a new laptop transferring all of my data from the previous laptop I purchased there and transferring all of my data from two old flash drives to a new modern flash drive with sizeable memory as well as transferring my data to the laptop as backup. I was given a very competitive rate in comparison to quotes I received in Salt Lake City Utah and I am very happy to report that my new unit works perfectly and meets all of my needs. Included in my purchase the owner of the establishment very generously included a high quality wireless mouse free of charge. He also gave me a tutorial on my new unit including how to operate my external DVD drive. The icing on the cake was Nat at my request ensured my new unit came with Eset Security software as well as a VPN to ensure that I was fully protected. I built my own computer a few years ago and it's exactly what I've wanted for a long time now. Everything worked properly and beautifully. About a month and a half ago I turned on my computer and left it. Came back to it and it was shut off. Thought it was in sleep mode but I couldn't turn it on. After a week of troubleshooting, even switching out certain components, I could not figure out what I it needed. So I finally decided to look for help.

I found this shop on Google and did my normal research to find out if it was worth me bringing it in to this location. I found great reviews and seen the pictures of the store. In all honesty, the store could use a bit of a revamp but if the work done is exceptional, that's all that mattered to me. I called to inquire and told them about my situation. I spoke with Nat and he was very professional and friendly. He even gave me the courtesy of letting me know it might take a while from the time I give it to them due to the workload they had. For me, that wasn't an issue, I just wanted it fixed.

Finally, brought it in and signed all the paperwork necessary. About a week or so later I finally get a call what's going on. Luckily, it was just needing a PSU replacement. I asked for the price and part was about $170 and labor about the same price. He even explained the reason for labor which was great to know what I was paying for. L After about another week and a half they finished the work a d was ready for pick up.

When I came in I was greeted by Dan and he was very prompt and professional. He told me he worked in my pc and what he had done. We finished up with the cost and he sent me in my way.

Overall the experience was great and professional. I'm truly happy with the work done as I'm finally using my computer again and it works great. I would definitely trust them to do more work on my PC when I need it. Special shoutout to Nat and Dan for helping me...
