drive-through on November 23, 2021 : I was in the drive-through there was excessively poor customer service the staff did not know to look out the window to peer at the speaker to see that I was very far away , I placed my order then I was asked to speak up, this happened 3 times , I was again to place my order, I responded I’m far away from the speaker on the 3 rd request to place my order I got out of my truck walked up to the speaker to try to place my order .First I asked for the meatball sandwich I was told they quit serving hot sandwiches, so I gave 3 cold sandwich #s I did tell them it was going to be the same toppings on all three sandwiches I gave them the numbers of the sandwiches and the toppings I was asked what the toppings were for the other 2 sandwiches. I didn’t interact with the drive through window as I didn’t want to even talk to them, I left I went Prater port of subs were I received better service and the hot sandwich that Baring store said they quit serving There is so much more but not enough space. 1 star because it’s still there after after all that had gone on the past year. Read moreExtremely upset with the customer service in this Port Of Subs. It was pretty crowded in there at the time when I ordered, in which I didn't mind too much. I simply ordered a grilled chicken melt with a fountain drink. When I reached the cashier, she asked me what I ordered, so of course I said: "Grilled chicken melt". Cashier got mad at me and kept repetitively asking me: "What did you get?" At this point I'm frustrated and overwhelmed. The sandwich maker also got mad at me and told me I was holding up the line. She kept scoffing, rolling her eyes at me, and asking me if I understood English or what she was saying, speaking slowly to see if I understood. After about 15-20 times of the cashier asking me what I got, and saying "Grilled chicken melt" 15-20 times as well, she said in an annoyed tone: "And that's what I meant". Food was really good, but the customer service was OUTRAGEOUS. I've never been more disappointed. It did not have to take 5 minutes in line to just to say my order and ring me up, it should've taken at least at least a minute. I walked out of the store embrassed and upset. This time it was very different went a few days ago through the drive thru an got my usual sandwich when I got to the window a girl with black hair asked me if I wanted to do graditudity because I used my debt card an unfortunately I couldn't at the time so I said no got no receipt so she decided to tip herself $3 on my card! How I found out is I went to the store know how much I should have had an was declined then talked to my dad about it an we both came to the conclusion since I'm a young guy she assumed I was just stupid! I reported to Port of subs an went there she girl was gone they refunded me cash which I thought was starange an I asked to talk to GM an was told she wasn't there til the next day!
