Home delivery was an epic fail! They delivered 2 of 8 items, late. I pd 15% tip which was $15 on my $100 order. They still took the $15 tip on what ended up being a $20 order and tried to tell me there was nothing they can do.... I also know the store well and did not believe the rest of the items were unavailable. Bradi spoke to Mario the manager and said I had checked no substitutions. I went to the store and got 4 of the remaining 6 they said were out of stock - no subs - exactly what Id ordered! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I asked for Mario and he tried to tell me the chix have been put out since - the box was marked 10:30!! (10-11 window) I'm 10 min away and driver was late - I even responded to the text saying they'd be late that it was okay bc I know chix aren't always out by 10:30... When Mario came out from the back and I showed him the cart, I asked it they just stocked the ice cream (exactly what I ordered) and filet mignon steaks in the half hour since they sent my order out??? He couldn't answer and said to call corporate (which I had said on the phone I'd be doing) he wasn't gonna stand there and be yelled at. I was NOT yelling but I get him needing to walk away as he looked ridiculous trying to continue telling me items weren't available... I called the 800 number back on the order and they reversed the tip easily but Clare totally disregarded that fact that they lied about what was available and were in fact just too LAZY or incompetent to fill it?!? Read moreThe delivery service is unbelievably unreliable and dishonest. I recently moved to Sparks and ordered from Raley's delivery service three times. Each time they omitted items but still charged me for them. I had to waste time calling to get a refund multiple times. The last time they could not fill an item again, which is no problem but they still charged my credit card. After calling their "customer service" they transferred me around several times and finally told me the refund would take3-5 business days. After waiting for 2 weeks, they still had not refunded my money, so I had to waste yet more time calling them back. I was told the refund was never processed so it would take another 3-5 days. Their "customer service" is suspiciously bad. Mishandling one order is a mistake, but three consecutive times is a pattern. It makes me wonder if they employ these tactics on a wider scale to scam customers out of small amounts at a time hoping they will not notice, or forget and not follow up. Read moreI moved to the Washoe County area roughly 7 months ago. I've always been a fan of the Strauss brand mil. The whole and chocolate are my preferences. I have been unable to obtain these items since moving. I have been going between 5 different locations (including this one) 2-3 times per week with zero luck. I have even requested management assistance and was promised the issue would be fixed and it's still not. I have made close to 100 trips between these five locations and have only been able to get what I wanted once.
I find this absolutely ridiculous. The excuse I was given today: "Our Grocert Systems were hacked and a lot of stuff got messed up ,.putting us behind".
That excuse isn't good enough. Y'all were hacked about a month ago, I've been having issues for close to 7 months now. Get a grip on your inventory.
