Very strange hours. Only open from 2 to how ever early they want to close. We asked to come by earlier, our truck dosent have AC and we have a newborn but that was unacceptable apparently. He had me get approved online and told me he would be opened today at 2. Getting approved through them means yu have to give all yoyr banking information, routing numbers, debit card numbers etc. I've waited all day for him to tell me change of plans, that he's going out of town. I paid someone to come up this weekend with me to help load the furniture we were supposed to get, he has to go home tomorrow now and we still have to pay him. It's not fair. Very unreliable service. We just got home with our brand new set of couches and absolutely LOVE them! After having an horrible experience with Ashley furniture we found Tim's ads on Facebook and reached out immediately. He responded quickly and set us an appt to go look around his shop. He was super helpful and had great customer service. He gave us an estimated 10 days for delivery but called us on the 5th day to let us know our furniture had arrived! On top of everything the prices are unbeatable, half of what we were going to pay at Ashley's! We will tell everyone we know about Silver state furniture and our amazing experience! I ordered a cal king bet set which was wonderful quality; however the mirror to the dresser was on back order when we bought it. We were told it would only be a couple weeks. It’s reaching almost a month and when we call we get told that’s it’s out of stock and they don’t know when it’ll be in stock. They’re not trying to track it down or give us a time frame. We purchased something that we have not received and are getting close to asking for a refund on the mirror.
