J&S Tire Service (formerly Ray's Tires) was my hero today! As I was driving to Warsaw for work from out of town, my tire pressure light came on. Two of my tires looked like they could be going flat. The family who owns J&S were so kind. I was waiting outside when they arrived to open the shop, and they immediately hoisted my car up to take off the two tires to inspect them. They put air in them but didn't find any holes or tears. They wouldn't even charge for their time and service because there wasn't an identifiable problem! Jim& his wife Stacy are awesome!! I hit a deer on my way to work& called Jim.. I had to order the radiator thru KOI but the next morning Jim installed my radiator! Normally maybe something he wouldn’t do, but he did!! Me& his wife Stacy stood& talked& she even went& brought me a coffee😊 I was impressed with the charge& Jim went above & beyond to make sure my car hood was secure, since the deer dented it it was not shutting all the way, but Jim ensured my safety! I called J&S about 4 tires on my truck which were kind of an unusual size. They ordered them for delivery the next day and made me an appointment. The price quoted was up front with everything included and it was very competitive with that advertised by a big-box store in Walton. They had me in and out in an hour or so. Nice folks, a family...
