Disgusting attitudes when I walked in, told them they can go ahead and charge me but no need for the cut, no way anyone is touching my hair with that attitude. I was scheduled to see an "Al Reid". When I got in he asked what time my appointment was for. I got there at around 3 and told him it was for 3:15. Seemed like that was an issue for him as he was cutting another guys hair and he said i was early and asked if i have a 4p appointment (I didnt) , I asked if he wanted me to change the appointment time. He replied rudely saying something along the line of well if the app let you me make the appointment we'll just do it. Initially he thought someone named Jasmine was supposed to do the cut but i said it was with "Al" and honestly I wish she would have been the barber had I known he was that rude. I'm going to have to assume he didn't want to do a back to back appointment but thats just my guess. He had who I'm assuming was his son check to see if I was on the books for 3:15 (I was) and I told him to just charge me and nevermind the cut then I walked out. I just wanted a simple line up and wasnt even greeted when i walked in just stared at. At the very least he could have simple said welcome in and discretely asked the other guy to see if someone was on the books rather than making it seem like my appointment was an inconvenience. I will say the place looked clean and well kept, but that's as far as my experience took me.
Edit: that comment this owner made is exactly the reason I left you were the ignorant one as soon as I walked in. Do better with customer service. your tone when you asked was out of line. I have no reason to lie about my experience and I did not want to be seated right away, especially if im early id expect to have to wait until my appointment time... I know how a barber shop works/operates just like any other business model does. What an ignorant thing to say and thanks for proving my point. You were in a bad mood and you spoke ill. Also if I wanted to be seen right away I wouldn't have asked you if you wanted me to change my appointment time because YOU seemed irritated when i arrived through the door, bc you didnt even know i booked and was supposed to be there, henced you asked the other guy to check and verify for my booking and you made a comment about the time i booked for. I DID reply when you asked me the booking time and if i was "annoyed" as you stated in your reply it was due to you and how you were talking to me, I LEFT ONLY BECAUSE OF YOUR RUDENESS, THATS IT, THATS ALL. Don't call me a liar because YOU had a bad morning/day. And yeah I sat there made this review and looked for another barber around the way like anyone else likely would have. Again, Have a good day and check your bookings regularly so you don't seem frustrated by someone walking through the door, Mr. Reid. Also don't fabricate, read my inital post before the edit, you NEVER asked me who I was there to see you ASSUMED it was someone else named jasmine, the issue came in when I said I was supposed to be seen by Al who I'm still assuming is you and one you made this reply, THEN YOU made a comment about the booking being made for 3:15 and said if app let you make it then I'll do it as if you didnt want to. That's when I ASKED YOU if you wanted to reschedule the time and you replied with that rude remark that made me want to leave as if i wasnt welcomed in the first place. I tried to accommodate you if anything... The bottom line is you didn't know I booked was the main issue here, nothing else so lets not try to flip this. Grow up and do better had you not replied to this review with such rudeness, like you also did in person to someone youve never met, I mightve just removed this review so that others don't take it into account and can make their own assumptions, as I stated this is what my experience led to and you made it negative now TWICE, Mr. REID. Read moreThis was my first experience here in a new town and I was worried that I wasn't going to find a barber that would be able to cut my hair the way that I like it to be. First things first the second I opened the door there was already two clients in there Miss Jasmine was the only one there cutting hair. She looked up at the door and immediately greeted me with a smile and asked how my day was. Even though I had two people in front of me she still was able to get me in and out within a timely manner. The skills that Miss Jasmine displayed was amazing through the two others that were theregetting cuts haircuts prior to mine. Miss Jasmine was very skilled communicative and informative of everything they offered at the barbershop. She answered all of my questions with no hesitation also gave great feedback on restaurants in the area as well as places to have fun with the family being that I'm new in town this was amazing. I will definitely be going back to see Miss Jasmine all the time when a cut is needed. I will also be telling everyone I know that needs a cut to book with Boss Barber Studio. 10/10...

The shop itself very clean and inviting smelled real good too! Only one barber working because one called out but it didn’t effect this guys work at all he not once got rattled with ppl walking in ( he was taking the other guys clients as well) he stayed very focused ,Jordon did a excellent job went above and beyond our expectations I will definitely be referring ppl to him and my son will be back.
