So yesterday (really only a few hours ago) I came home to a huge pee stain on my bed, I don't know why my cat decided it was a good place to pee but that's what it was a HUGE pee area.

So I freaked out and messaged Jeremy (Mattress By Appointment) about 7:30 and said HELP!!!! Explained what had happened and he let me know what could be done, he said "I can meet you at 9:30 at the store, I went back and forth with what to do and I am glad I decided to go ahead and meet him at the store, it was quick fast and easy!!

We had picked out a mattress (which I am still amazed a king sized mattress compressed and rolled up into a box signed all the usual and agreements financing etc, he then helped load it in my car, got it home took it out of box and WOW it was like one of those that hand been compressed and completely easy to get set up just unroll and WOW instant bed!!!

Jeremy really went above and beyond to help us and that is pretty rare...
