The pics are what the brown sugar milk tea looked like before even mixing. As you can see, neither had the tiger stripes to give us that satisfying visual & mixing affect that we all enjoy. Usually the brown sugar milk tea is SO sweet & you get to admire that beautiful 🐅 stripe visual from all of the syrup. So I thought that going down just a little to 70% flavor/sweetness would make it just perfect, still sweet! Normally 70% of the full flavor of this milk tea just hits dead on perfect sweetness! So anyway this time, it really made a big difference, and it was a major disappointment. It wasn't sweet AT ALL at 70%. It barely tasted like Brown sugar milk tea at all. It was mostly a plain milk tea, with double pearls. It honestly tasted like it was like 25% sugar, not %70. So this really ruined my weekly treat, and we drove literally 35 minutes and back 35 mins, to go there. I love that they have the extra large sizing option. I just wish that we would have been able to taste and see the full brown sugary goodness. So if you're really particular about The sweetness and enjoy this because of its really rich brown sugary taste... but youre thinkin hmm 🤔 maybe going down to 70% would knock the edge off & actually make it perfect?? Do NOT do it, you will be disappointed. When you order online it doesnt say that any pearls are included, so im not sure if even tapioca (which is standard and always free in brown sugar milk tea) is included at all. I only saw on the website you order on, you have to select the pearls you want, and it costs .98 per serving. So 2 drinks with 2x tapioca was $22.04.

Major disappointments; *The brown sugar flavor & sweetness was COMPLETELY muted out at just %70. Im actually beyond disappointed, and sad about that!!!! *You have to pay for any amount of pearls, even the tapioca that should be included already. Or online this isnt clarified and makes everyone pay for it or doesnt clarify if it would come with anything if you do not select one? No pretty instagram worthy tiger stripe 🐅

Sorry to complain, im just used to picking up orders and the stuff not all settling to the bottom literally at all unless we mix it. Also, i didnt mean 75% sugar I meant 70% flavor. I know it was an online order but i ordered it and it was ready literally right when I got there. I just dislike complaining & i apologize for doing so. But if youd remake it for us so I could compare the full flavor of your brown sugar milk teas to other places that would be great. My daughter and i try a new place in town every weekend so we can find our favorite place! It would have been great if it werent for the tiger stripe visual and...

Went here with a couple of friends, and we all had such a great time! The staff was super friendly and welcoming — they greeted us right away, answered all our questions, and even gave great recommendations based on what we liked. You can really tell they care about the customer experience.

The drinks came out fast and tasted amazing! Perfectly balanced sweetness, soft and chewy boba, and a great variety of options. We all got something different and ended up trying each other’s — every drink was a hit.

The place itself had a really chill vibe, perfect for catching up and hanging out. Definitely one of our new go-to spots. If you’re looking for a place with good drinks and even better energy, this is it....

Cute little place to get some boba or drinks. Variety of green tea, coffee, lattes; and flavors: lychee, hibiscus, mango, matcha, Thai tea, that can’t be found anywhere around here. You can choose no ice, light ice, and regular ice options for your drink. And you can choose the sugar level in your drink as well. They offer very customizable options. Our drinks were GREAT. I got 30% sugar in my Thai tea and it was not too sweet for me which I prefer. The staff are helpful when helping decide what you’d like. Games to play in the restaurant so good for a place to hang out. Would be nice if it had more of a lounge-feel....
