Very beautiful, quality jewelry. Warm, nice atmosphere. Accommodating, friendly, well mannered & professional individuals working here! I had asked about whether they had a particular ring in my size, but turned out they only had a smaller size of that ring available. However, the person who helped me was willing to size the ring to my fit, in a very timely fashion & only charged a small amount to do so. I was thrilled to have it in time for Christmas, as this was my gift & an engagement ring! After having worn the ring for a short while, I realised it was a bit big on my finger, so I asked whether it would be possible to have them measure my finger & again resize it. They were happy to do this & again only charged a small & reasonable amount. Unlike other jewelers I've dealt with in the past, these people are genuinely sincere & don't try to pressure customers into buying from them. But if you like what you see, they're more than helpful in informing you more of the piece that you are interested in. They know their stuff & have something for every price range! Wide selection with lots of variety, no matter what you're looking for. Gorgeous rings, earrings, bracelets & more! I’ve seen many changes over the years but it still continues the Cormier family demand for excellence in product, while keeping prices affordable, and they always make time to make you feel welcome. Cormier has been great, but we had an unpleasant experience with one particular staff member. She was very short with us, and made us feel very uncomfortable. We had put down a payment to hold some rings, as we weren’t ready to pay for them at that time. The wedding was several months away, but we were pleased with our choices and wanted to save them. So, we put a payment down to do so. When we returned 8 weeks later, we were told rudely that our conversation 8 weeks ago regarding discounted prices, and costs, was no longer eligible. Without any warning, discussion, or communication, we were belittled and made to feel bad for thinking we were still eligible for these promised costs, and what was written on our receipt.
