SERIOUSLY SO AMAZING! I left here so happy and with a huge smile on my face! The store is so spacious, one level and beautiful! When I inquired, Denice got back to me so quickly and was easy to work with and understanding when I had to switch my appointment. I had an appointment set up and when I arrived they were ready for me. I worked with Sarah mainly and she was SO GOOD. Denice also popped in from time to time with any questions we had regarding alterations and such. They made me feel so good. They have a HUGE selection and so many great options. Sarah listened to every detail and paid close attention to everything I liked and didn’t like. I tried on a ton of dresses and not once did they make me feel like it was too many. They made me feel comfortable even if I didn’t leave finding a dress that it was going to be okay. It was my first shopping expirience I went into it thinking I might not find my dress. But once I started browsing all of their options I knew I had high chances. I did find my DREAM DRESS and it is breathtaking. Sarah was dedicated to me one on one the whole time and gave me her honest opinions just like I asked of her. Although her and I had different tastes in dresses she knew what I was feeling or not feeling and what I felt the best in. Denice is amazing! I had such a great experience finding my wedding dress. She was very helpful and kind of just let us do our own thing when browsing. They were very size inclusive and had a wide selection of sizing especially coming from someone considered midsized. I fell in love with Eddy K designs and she told me that they were having a trunk show a couple weeks after I initially came in. We booked the appointment and found the dress that day! When they say "that dress was made for you" if felt so true in that moment that she even let me buy the dress right off the rack! This review is so long overdue but I am still in awe of how wonderful my experience at Grand Bridal was! I looked for dresses in Minneapolis but never found anything that felt like the dream dress. We came to Grand Bridal and within the first hour, I found my dream dress with the help of Denice and her team - they were absolute angels and treated us like family. The store is so beautiful and they are certain to have a dress for everyone. I was so blown away by the variety of dresses - trendy, classic, minimalist, etc. I wish I could keep coming back for appointments (even though I live five hours away!)
