1st few times in seemed nice enough. Purchased a Joe DiMaggio autographed photo after having the lady at the counter call the booth owner for sports cards and memorabilia to insure it was authenticated. After being reassured I bought it. Took it to local card shop and he helped me find out they are in fact fraudulent and forged. I went back in and requested a refund or even trade for the 99$ I paid and was told they don’t refund. I texted and called the owner of the booth and explained it all and asked what type of resolution we could come too. I had previously found a $3000 Mickey Mantle card on the floor after one of the other workers and knocked it out of the case and didn’t pick it up. I could’ve easily walked out and nobody would’ve had any clue as he fell in the cracks between the cases. But I believe in good karma, so I obviously turned it in to the desk so they could put it back in the case I mentioned that to the owner of the booth as well, and he basically just left me on read after some vague replies, and has chosen not to do anything about the fact that he sold me fraudulent memorabilia, so there’s no time to take to the Internet and social media to let people know that I would avoid Pine Street as they allow vendors to sell fraudulent memorabilia and do not in fact reimburse or refund so they’re essentially allowing people to be ripped off. I’m also currently working on proving , even more without a doubt the signature is fraudulent by sending it into a righteous greeting company to have it verified and when it comes back fraudulent as it will, I will be reaching out to local authorities about being sold...

Purchased a dresser on February 27, 2021 that I really loved. They were suppose to deliver it the following Monday or Tuesday. Come 3:00pm that Tuesday they still had not shown up so I called. I was told ALL their deliveries were done. I nicely pointed out that I had not received my dresser. Evidently they confused my white dresser with another customers. Finally they had a light bulb moment and were like "oh, I know what dresser you're talking about". Then they informed me they lost my paperwork and could I give them my information again. They said they would get it delivered even though their delivery people had gone home. Thank you for that. It was most appreciated. The 2 stars are because a couple of days after they delivered I went to move the dresser closer to the wall and realized the top had become separated from the base and had also cracked. Structurally this piece was perfect when I looked at, and bought, in store. I'm fairly sure this was because they stood it up on its side to "slide" it through the bedroom doorway. Thereby putting too much negative pressure on the lip overhang of the dresser top. They should have used a dolly. In fact my husband did offer to let them use ours. They declined. I can, and will fix these issues. All it will take are come clamps, wood glue, couple of screws, wood filler, sand paper and a new paint job, and a fair number of...

I have never been so humiliated in my life, by a female worker named Katie, I spent under $100 and wanted some more things, but this employee followed me around the store constantly, I set a hat on my purse to free up my hands and incidentally it appeared to her I was trying to take the hat, she brought it to my awareness and I immediately apologized and they brought me a basket so I could enjoy the store and everything they had available. I bought my things and then realized there was a whole other side to the store and started browsing, and again Katie was on my heels. She stopped me again and asked to put the things I bought in a plastic bag which I never use and I told her she was making me feel like she was singling me out and making me feel uncomfortable by how she was following me. She then asked to look in my purse which I gladly allowed, my pockets of my coat and pants and still she said I was sketchy. I am truly overwhelmed and humiliated, I am a paying customer and try to support local owned business, I will never go back here and advise those who don't want to be stereotyped, also not go. She made me cry and I am truly upset and needed to post for anyone that cares, she really made me feel terrible, as a paying customer she should have just left me alone so I could enjoy the store, instead she bullied me and belittled me, she needs Jesus!!
