I am so glad that I found Mike and Road Rage!!!
It all started after I had received some bad service from another company that was literally two doors down from my business.
I set out to find a new company that could provide a wrap for my car and to apply a wrap to our garage doors inside my gym. I went to three other companies that where within 7-10 miles of my business but none of the sales team made me feel comfortable with my proposed project.
Road Rage is over an hour a way but I figured I would give them a try. Now before I move forward you should know a little about me. I have a background in media arts and animation and when I get stuck on an idea I could be rather pig headed and not open to suggestion.
That is why I am glad I meet Mike who has been in the business for a long time and picked up on that rather quickly. Rather than be confrontational as I experienced with the other companies, he simply said I can do that but let me show you some alternatives before you make your decision.
I know my business and I thought I knew what I wanted which was a single wrap and not stickers layered on top of each other.
Mike knows his business and knew that it wouldn't turn out the way I envisioned it but more importantly he knew how to work with my presoniatly type to create an awesome project.
The car came out AWESOME and turns a lot of heads on the street!! We have received several calls from people that see the car on the street and parked. The car has even turned up on social media posts and a valuable marketing tool at local events.
Once the car was done I commissioned the Road Rage team to wrap our garage doors. Mike further impressed me as he brought out several of his employees to get the job done quickly so my fitness class schedule wouldn't be impacted. Mike stayed the entire time running his business remotely and overseeing his team.
The doors are a huge hit with members! They love taking selfies in front of the door and posting them on social media. We are constantly taking pictures and videos for our social media outlets and our logo is always in the shot.
The story doesn't end there, we did experience the vehicle wrap pulling away from bumper more than a year after the initial install so I reached out to Mike via email and he responded immediately with "Get it in here as soon as possible and we will fix it."
I was extremely busy and forgot about it and then Mike REACHED OUT TO ME! He followed up and wanted to see if we still needed the repair.
When we came in he asked how the wrap was doing from a marketing perspective and I said good except at night, the text is hard to read. Mike recommended added reflected wrap to design, because he had all our files in his system he was able to add the reflective tape to the car and fix the wrap in under 30 minutes!!!!
I am not the easiest guy to work with and super picky about where I spend my money but I am extremely happy with Mike, the Road Rage team, and can confidently...
Read moreOwner called me a Jew on the phone and screamed at me, then hung up. For Mike: This conversation happened several months ago if you don’t remember it, my original post was deleted. Edit2: I’m not sure what my name has to do with anything since you never even asked for my name on the phone to begin with. It was auto deleted by google for including a photo of the call log with your phone number, not by myself. I also told you already why I waited months, I didn’t realize the review I posted months ago was deleted until recently so I rewrote it. (albeit this new one is much shorter than the original) I even have a copy of the original review and screenshot if you want them. Emailed a month ago...
Read moreI needed a sponsor decal reproduced and sized for race car. Was told a week to make them . Figured that’s not bad didn’t really like the 150.00 scanning fee but ok. That was 3.5 weeks ago and I still don’t have my decals. The first week was told a more important client needed a rush job so nothing was done. Was told next week for sure. Went into store on Tuesday was told waiting on ink arriving at 10:30. It’s Friday and still nothing. It was a small job probably 250.00 total like it was to small of a job to care about maybe if it was a wrap or a big dollar job I would have been treated better. Don’t...
