I took a necklace there and had it repaired for 44.00 dollars, I dropped it off with a gentlemen..had to wait several days to pick it up.. (4 days), the repair came out nice but the problem is this necklace doesnt hold up well.. Not their problem but mine at 44 dollars a repair. The next time i took it in I was greeted by a lady that said there was a mistake that I should have been charged 75 dollars, since that was their mistake she agreed to only charge me 44 dollars again which I thought was fair. Again had to wait 4 days for pick up. Finally a third time (im aware my necklace is fragile as gold is, thats not the point here though) I went and sought a repair and the gentlemen from my first visit was there. He informed me my chain is about to break in 2 more places.. Totalling 3 repairs for 136 dollars at his "discounted" rate of 44.00 dollars per. So he encouraged me to give up on the necklace and buy a different chain so I took heed. A few months later and my original chain collecting dust in a drawer. My sister told me about a different place that charges only 15 dollars a repair. So I ended up getting it repaired for 45 dollars total!! I dropped my chain off and it was ready the next day! Definitely will never do business woth nature coast again. And would discourage anyone from. I recognize that repair may not be their specialty but pricing...

This place is awful . I’d give a zero if I can . Actually negative. I brought in my Movado watch for a battery like I brought other watches in for batteries . No one told me they are amateurs and couldn’t change a battery on a movado, so they struggled and broke the watch backplate . They told me they needed to send away for a repair on them ( like they’re doing me a favor, when they broke the watch). I didn’t want the watch anymore bc it was now broken and will not have the authentic and original parts in the watch and what do they tell me ? They tell me they would be willing to trade the watch for something else like another movado I asked . They said no they don’t have movado, they wanted to trade some cheap citizen watch for mine. So they end up sending the watch away for repair and I get it back like 2 mos later and notice the back is all scratched and damaged . I’m pissed . This place will be hearing from a lawyer and I’m taking them to small claims court . I suggest this owner...

Cannot recommend them enough. My husband (fiancé at the time) and I went to find an engagement/ wedding ring there. Diana helped us and was both friendly and knowledgeable. We felt welcomed from the start and she shared in our giddiness for our upcoming wedding - which was only about a week away. Staff went above and beyond to get my rings in time for our wedding. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

I consider myself to be fairly particular and she was very patient with me. Diana helped me narrow my search for the perfect ring and stone. She and other staff also gave us some guidance on which stones would be durable and therefore suitable for an engagement ring.
