There is always a bigger reason. I’ve lived my entire life with the blessing and curse of my father’s metabolism. I could eat as much fat and high calorie meals and not gain a single lb. My whole life I’ve been uncomfortable in my body because I hated seeing a ghost in the mirror. I just wanted to be like everyone else. Strong. Muscular. Confident. I’m about 7 months in to having a gym membership. After 7 months I finally noticed on my scale that I’m 135 lbs. That’s 10 lbs. heavier than I’ve been for the last 10 years. I’m not where I want to be yet. But from going to the gym almost daily, eating properly and trying to cut out a lot of junk in my life, I’m starting to really like the person I see in the mirror. It’s a long and hard process, but I refuse to give up. #gym #wellness #selflove #fitness #growth #growing #fyp #gymtok #motivation #hope #hopecore

I rarely write reviews, but I felt that with the issue i had with Body Zone, I needed to! About 1 month ago I requested to rent out the basketball court for Sunday May 25th. It was for my sons bday and he wanted to play volleyball and if time allowed basketball with a few of his friends. When I reserved the room I was NOT told anything about making sure we brought our in balls. When we got there yesterday we went back to the court and noticed there was not volleyball net up nor were there any basketballs or volleyballs. I went up to the front to ask about the balls and net. There response was well you need to have your own, we don’t give them out and Andre ( whoever that is) is very possessive over his balls. I replied well i was never told so what would you like me to do. Then I said where the volleyball net, as this was the whole purpose for renting the court! There response was, oh we know nothing about that. It’s very hard for one person to set it up, i’m guessing she was mentioning that due to them not wanting to set up. At that point my son wanted to cancel, but his friends were in there way and 2 were already there, so i couldn’t cancel. So one of the workers came back and got the net and my son along with 2 of his friends and the worker had to put the net up which to me is ridiculous. They didn’t have tools so they had to use my keys. At this point i was irritated! Then i ask for music as there was some playing in the front, well they didn’t know how to, ok kids will use the phones. So the boys are playing with the basketball because they finally just gave us them. I asked about a volleyball .. Well time went on and no one was bringing it so i again go to the front! They stated there looking for a pump because they can’t find one. After about 30 min of not seeing them or getting a ball i decided to run to 5 below to buy a ball for a place i just spent 150.00 on to rent! By the time i got back to body zone with the ball it was after 1 and we only had the court until 2. i just can’t believe that a multi million dollar company has no pumps, and no basketballs there are available without begging and complaining! i paid 150.00 for a surface i guess! It was the absolute worst experience ever! The kids made the best of it but i know it wasn’t what my son expected! On top of it the one worker was very very rude as this was all my fault! I will never ever rent or waste any of my money...

I was a member for three years and I'm going to give the good as well as some criticisms of the facility. Overall the facility is huge and clean for the most part. Over the past year they upgraded to more CrossFit equipment which I enjoyed. The locker rooms are fairly well maintained, although I wish the hair dryers were cleaned in the back to prevent over heating. Now for the critical parts. Membership is pricy and for that price the roof needs to be fixed. If they have to close the place for a bit to fix it properly then it might not leak when it downpours. From time to time I see buckets or small puddles when it rains. I would like to make suggestion for the trainers. When you have a group or an individual to train and you need equipment or a large amount of space on the CrossFit part maybe post a sign for the amount of time you need the space. There were times when I wanted to use a space or equipment and a large group was spaced out in the area. OR post a sign or let people know you need items for your clients, so members dont use items that they need for the session. I accidently used a trx band that a trainer needed, so I moved. He seemed a little annoyed. There needs to be water fountains in the main gym area. I know they took out the old ones that were leaking but I wish they replaced them only because I would go through my gallon and I hate to spend money on a plastic bottle. More than just one chalk station and replace the chalk more often.

A big one, better organization of parking during expos or other. If you're looking for parking space just to use the gym its better to avoid going during the event. Maybe have employees direct people parking or put out notice for members on a designated part of the parking lot to park safely away from crowds. I will not be returning due to finding a local run gym more specific to my goals and lower pricing. Still the place is worth the free trial to check out and form your...

Had my child here in the camp for maybe 3 weeks. In those 3 weeks I learned that racism is sadly a thing and to be threatened by another camper is ok. Sad ! The last and final true reason I took my 10yr old out of camp is that I watched the two head counselors one rolled her eyes as she walked passed them (my daughter ran like if they were the mean girls on campus and kept her head down) and the second one defended her I asked if there was an issue with my 10 yr old. And was met with nasty aggressive attitude from both !and When speaking to the one in charge. First said she didn’t speak to her counselor but as soon as I said she called you and spoke to you. Well yes but I didn’t speak to her long. I was sad to have to remove my child from here. 1 they were not being supervised while dropping off in the am. Children are kept in a rink field running around with no adults watching. What happens if another adult in the gym decides perfectly fine to take a child or something how can they know while they are BOTH outside side eyeing a 10 yr old. They make all children sit against the walls for 10 to 20 minutes because maybe 3 children aren’t listening. I know for a fact that paying what I paid isnt not for QUITE TIME! Camp should be fun! Not feeling like they are back at school! Punish the children who can’t be quiet but not the whole bunch of them. My child didn’t like this camp and I wish I pulled her out the first week after the incident with the other camper! She missed 5 days out of the 3 weeks cause she said that she felt like she was back in school and I wish I seen the signs sooner but when you drop off your child last thing I am thinking is that grown adults would treat my child like that! Also I can’t imagine it’s just my child this is...
