I literally just left this cold stone without my ice cream. I went to buy a milkshake and a smoothie and the total came to $14 and some change, I tipped $2.00 so it made it $16 and some cents. I go to pay with my card and first I was charged twice and I was refunded the money for the second charge, but still was charged the initial payment of $16 and some change. The girl that rang me up ask her co worker for help who later on called the manger. He explained to the manager what happen and gave the phone to me. I explained to the manager what happen, immediately he said unfortunately there’s nothing he can do. He also stated I would have to be charged again for the milkshake and smoothie even though I’ve already been charged. I ask him how is that fair when I already paid. After go back and fourth for a few moments, I then ask if I could have the regional manager number or his bosses number. He told me he’s the owner and he has a business to uphold. I ask him if he would pay for something twice he didn’t get, he flat out told me no he wouldn’t, so I ask him so why would I. To me Man Preef which is the Owner of this location cared more about $16 than a customer satisfaction. He honestly cared more about him not getting his $16 then taking care of the customer. Read moreIce cream was OK. Service was lacking. I ordered a "love it" in a waffle bowl with sprinkles. He put it in a regular bowl. When I pointed out that I wanted it in a waffle bowl he told me that wasn't what I said. Everyone around me heard me say waffle bowl. I speak loud and clear when I order anything. The guy had a thick accent that sounded like he was from India, so perhaps there was a language barrier between us. This isn't a good excuse. My girlfriend asked if he could just put it in a waffle bowl an he just stared at her like she was crazy. When we went to pay my gf had to point out that the register already had $6.27 on it, and he was overcharging us. He said no no no its how it always does. She explained to him that it's basic math to figure out that the total is wrong. We almost just walked out at this point. Read moreWe have been regulars for years. Over a week ago my boyfriend picked up an order and once home, we found a long hair in the pint. I immediately called the store and spoke to an associate as well as the manager. Not only was there no apology or urgency about the issue, but all they offered was a refund....which we never got. Extremely disappointed by this store and the manager. No one wears hair nets or gloves which I'm sure is the reason this happened in the first place. I will be calling the corporate number to speak about this location. Preventing hair in food is a basic responsibility of any establishment. And then doing everything in your power to right the situation is the next step, that did not happen.
