Starbucks — Restaurant in Spring Township

This Starbucks is second only to the mystical realm of Shangri-la. I would equate the staffs demeanor to a Mr. Roger's monologue on the topic of warm smiles and friendship, all wrapped in a meadow landscape painted by Bob Ross on his best day. They make your coffee with the unparalleled skill of a swiss watch smith. Always just hot enough, always just cold enough (for you arctic coffee connoisseurs). I think it was the Christian Jesus himself that once said "holy slap me daddy! This Starbucks of Belvidere Illinois is the bees knees" so it was said, so it was true. If you make the pilgrimage at the right time, on the right day, you can actually meet the holy messiah on his daily bread and cold brew run as he is a regular customer, obviously. There is no shortage of atmosphere at this facility. In fact, scientists at a university are currently studying the excess of atmosphere within the Belvidere Starbucks in hopes to utilize its assets to repair damage to Earth's atmosphere, incredible! The employee's are all Starbucks work very hard and they have to work in a tight evnviroment - Which brings me to discuss this Belvidere Location, It was nice before they did the remodel- Now it looks as if you need to get your coffee and get out. NO more sitting around- yes- they have a few tables but not the relaxing enviroment as it was before. Yes- good the staff has a larger work area but they could of rented the spot next door that is empty. People wake up! You know how many cups of coffee you can get from a bag of coffee- Starbucks only sells one orgainc coffee and foreget be able to get it on your daily visit. All employee's should not get paid less than $20 an hour. Com on Starbuck's owners and CEO- You are laughing all the way to the bank. MY favorite was actually Caribbou coffee- AND BY THE WAY WHEN I GET A HOT CHAI LATTE- IT IS ALWAY WARM AT ANY STARBUCKS I GO TO. I WAS IN NEW MEXICO AND STOPPED AT WHAT LOOKED TO BE A COFFEE HUT SO SO SMALL- BUT THE BEST HOT CHAI LATTEE EVER AND IT Was hot hot. Bring back people all the small coffee cafe's...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your drive-thru. During an early morning visit, I ordered a non-dairy salted caramel cold brew and a snack. Upon arriving at the window to pay, the employee—a blonde with several clear pimple patches—responded unprofessionally by yelling "what" in my face and rolling her eyes when I inquired about the snack I had ordered. Additionally, my cold brew was incorrectly made with vanilla. While this error was minor, I was disappointed by the disrespectful treatment I received, especially as I remained respectful throughout the interaction. My intention in writing this review is to prevent other customers from experiencing similar treatment.
