The movers unplugged my wifi to install the sectional without telling me and left it unplugged when they left. It was unnecessary to unplug it anyway because the movers assembled the couch facing the wrong way that I told them; if they had installed it correctly facing the right way, the WiFi should have been left untouched. They also gave up on moving the sofa bed into one of the bedrooms because they said the hallway was too small and it was a sharp turn. They left it in the middle of the hallway to the point where not even my chihuahua could get through. When I told them that maybe they could try to move the sofa bed into the second bedroom one more time, the guy said they already tried so I asked him what are my options and he said to either leave the sofa bed in the hallway or have the maintenance people move the ceiling panels so the sofa bed can get through. I said that’s a great idea and that I’ll call the maintenance people and he responded that they “don’t have all day to wait for the maintenance people.” Like why even offer that as a solution if you’re not going to try it anyway??? They also left the ottoman on its side, left the side table on the coffee table, and didn’t attach all the pieces of the couch together.

And when I called the company to see if I can get a full sofa bed instead of a queen sofa bed since it won’t fit through the hallway, I was told that I’d have to pay a restocking fee which was 38% of what I paid for the sofa bed and that a full sofa bed would be $1299.

ALSO, paying for the furniture was a NIGHTMARE! They use EasyPay Finance for financing where you pay for the furniture and if you pay the furniture off within 90 days, you don’t have to face any interest fees. We weren’t able to pay the furniture off within 90 days so we were hit with an interest rate of 149%!!!! We ended up paying $1000 more for the same furniture!!!! EasyPay Finance has been hit with lawsuits before and the fact that they’re using a shady company for this...

I purchased a sofa and love seat. I then added a recliner which the sales man by the name of Nubian explained that the recliner would be the same manufacture and the same color. I was to receive the recliner on the following Friday and it was not delivered, and to make matters worse,was not called to tell me it was not going to be delivered. The company then sent out a recliner that was sage green. When I called the sales rep he explained to me that that was the recliner that matched my love seat and sofa. I told the sales rep that I did not buy a sage green sofa or love seat and he said that I was not looking at it right. I explained that I was not color blind and the two pieces delivered were gray. After going back and forth my wife looked at the tag of the love seat AND COUCH AND THE COLOR WAS GRAFITE WHICH IS GRAY. The SALES MAN THEN SAID THAT HE SENT THE RECLINER THAT WE PICKED FROM A BOOK WHICH WE NEVER HAD SEEN. HE TOLD US THAT WE WOULD GET A RECLINER THAT WAS THE SAME BRAND WHICH WAS A Simmons. The sales man then informed me the Simmons did not make a recliner which was another lie. We looked on the internet and Simmons does make a recliner and Walker Furniture has it in stock. This is not the first time having problems with this store and hearing lies. We are reporting this store to the BBB and are seeking legal counsel. I would not advise any one purchasing furniture to even go close to any of these stores. I spent time in my life as a furniture sales person and I know how it works....

I came here about a week ago I was a bit nervous because of the quarantine, but the sales person Austin was very professional he wore a mask and kept his distance. I just moved to Vegas and I needed pretty much everything he showed me a complete house special they had for 1549!! I got a sectional with the ottoman, a dinning room set, and a bedroom set he also gave me 50% off on the memory foam mattress I chose. They helped me finance everything with a reasonable monthly payment. I just got everything delivered today and the delivery guys were really professional. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs furniture, the staff is really friendly and professional, and they have a great selection. I will definitely be coming back when I’m ready to upgrade some of my stuff.
