Love Your Peaches Clothing Co. — Local services in Spring Valley

I am giving Love Your Peaches, and especially Janelle, the owner, five stars for several reasons:

The clothes I've chosen have always been great. Not a single thing has disappointed me, in terms of its look. I do not like everything I see there, but what's new about that, compared to any site? The pieces hold up, and are often custom made for me because I am sort of in-between sizes in some ways.

you cannot BEAT the customer service. See comment above. Janelle has worked with me to find fabrics I love that she didn't have in stock, to make adjustments to clothing when I needed changes -- for example, a few more inches in the seat than a size would normally have, but leaving the waist and legs sizes the same.

3.My princess coat is to DIE for. It is the perfect cut -- sort of like a 18th-century greatcoat -- and strangers compliment me in it and ask to touch it (it has a burnout, lavender, velour texture that is irresistible.) And the Everything Dress is by far my favorite dress that I own -- I have three of them.

LYP now goes up to a 10x, at least in many items. This is a PRICELESS value to those of us 6x and bigger. Cannot say enough good about Janelle making this choice.

I'm not giving LYP four stars, although I could, but the customer service and the expanded size range are just TOO great to be believed, at least in my case.

Concerns: the website is still really clunky. Improved, but clunky. And I don't honestly like most of the clothing there, although the things I do find are GEMS. And if I think of another online shop where someone like me (7x) might shop, say, On the Plus Side, the prices are more than reasonable. and OtPLS has plenty of clothes that are not to my taste, as well. Same with Sanctuarie Designs. Their clothes are much less expensive, but also much much lower quality, in general.

PS -- I almost forgot!!!! Janelle made me a customized BATHING SUIT. I LOVE IT! One piece, yet easy to get in and out of. You can't beat that with a stick!

I've been getting my clothes at LYP for many years and I cannot recommend them enough! Their fabrics are beautiful and high quality and their design work and alterations are very professional. I have to wear conservative clothes at work, but at home I like loose fitting comfort. Almost all of my clothes are from LYP now -- including the track pants I'm wearing -- and they fit me perfectly!
