LV Nails & Lashes — Local services in Spring Valley

I moved to LV in January of 2023 and it was so hard to find a nice go-to nail salon. I finally came across this shop, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I got my nails done by Kim first and then Chloe the second time and then Chloe ever since then. Kim was great, and so is Chloe. I just have a very bubbly personality and I clicked more with Chloe. I get my toes done here as well. I am sooooo happy I found this place—I will always highly recommend. The service is fantastic, the place is always clean and calm. I feel respected, wanted and appreciated. Also, they’re all so gentle and accommodating! I even brought my boyfriend here and he fell asleep during his pedicure. (Compliments to the service) This place is everything I could want in a nail shop. They accept Apple/Google/Tap pay as well which is SUCH a plus! Here are just some pics of my nails lately, I never take pics of my toes (I feel weird) but Chloe always gets me right!!! She does the marble kind sooooo pretty too! That’s my new go to set. Maybe I’ll try getting my lashes done next time. I’d recommend making an appointment or just calling ahead if it’s last minute but walk ins are welcomed too.

$45 for a pedicure because I added the pumice callus remover. She said she needed to use the cheese grater. I said no. No pressure and no effort in and out in 30 min. Rush job and it took 30 min for my polish to dry. I could have gone to a professional for $60 but my girl had no openings for 2 wks. I did not tip and I always tip. They asked me if something was wrong and I said yes. The tip of my toes aren’t painted and she had no pressure when I asked her for more pressure when massaging the lotion in. She said “I don’t have strength”. What the heck. I could have done the same thing to my feet since my family is in the business and got better service. The manager asked what was wrong. Wish I could leave 0 stars...! I’ve only had my nails done at 2 salons in the area, and I’m BEYOND glad I tried another place first so I know where to go back for an experience worth paying for. I have never had someone rush through doing my nails so fast, yes doing my nails, not a manicure with dip like I booked. My technician literally skipped my manicure all together and went straight to redoing color, yet I was charged for a manicure and told I received a manicure??? My cuticles didn’t even get soaked much less cleaned up, or even a nice swipe of cuticle oil?? I got a completely different color than I asked for and was told no that’s what you picked, I won’t change the color. NEVER again will I WASTE...
