If I could give them 0 stars I would . I was going for a long acrylic full set with a design and left with raggedy flying away BURNING nails. Which I told the lady working on my nails. It started off with the application to one of my thumbs it started burning really bad and I let her know and she sprayed alcohol on it and moved on once she completed my hands they all were burning and she drenched my nails in alcohol. She started to “file and shape” and I noticed the nails were bumpy and still burning so I told her to stop because my fingers are burning really bad and that’s not normal. She once again drenched them in alcohol and kept asking me if I still wanted the design I told her NO my finger are burning . I was willing to still pay but not full price because I did not get what I wanted the nails were bumpy and burning . As we proceeded to pay the lady was trying to charge $80 on a set she told me was $100 after I explained to her I did not like the service and stopped her before anything worth $80 could happen. She proceeded to blame me for why my nails were burning and argue me down about how it’s normal for my fingernails underneath to burn because they are “thin” I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 12 and never had any issues with burning. She filed my nails too short if anything . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY WILL GET MAD AT YOU FOR THEIR WRONG DOINGS AND RUIN YOUR HANDS ive attached the during before and after I cut them down looks around...
Read moreNOT GOOD. The service on my 2nd trip was sloppy, unsanitary, & unprofessional. I was surprised they let me walk out like this: there was dip cured behind my nail/on my skin due to messy application which is really uncomfortable, and a corner of my real nail was showing cause it was not coated in dip. I was cut multiple times and the nail tech tried to file into an area that was already BLEEDING and I had to stop her. She rubbed chrome into it using a broken glove, and chrome was trapped inside my cut. The nails were of uneven thicknesses and not fully covered in chrome. A few nails were slanted/crooked and I had to tell her which side to file on because she began making them more, & more crooked. I had to watch everything and make sure I wasn't about to get hurt because she ignored my bleeding. I also came in with gel that she didn't properly remove the gel I had before applying dip. I tried to explain the situation over the phone but before I could list all of the issues, he told me to come and get it fixed, I decided I wanted to go somewhere else and asked for a Partial refund and the guy argued saying my nails "were fine" and she spent 2 hours on them, then denied my request. I paid the full 70. My 1st trip on the contrary was amazing, I had Nikki...

he put in the same care while doing my full set. the...
