I had been wanting to try this place for months and was excited to have a date night here after watching so many tiktoks and seeing good reviews on it. My partner and I drove 30 min & waited another 30 min to be sat, which is understandable for a Friday night. I let our server know it was our first time in and had a few questions regarding the menu and what was included in each option. He didn’t mention his name but wasn’t very helpful, only reciting what was written on the menu.

We both ordered the $46 wagyu lovers, a hot pot, a few appetizers, and some sushi rolls. We were never brought utensils to cook the meat, or bowls & soup spoons for the hot pot, or told about the salad bar where all the veggies and sauces were. If my boyfriend hadn’t noticed it, we would have missed it completely.

We had never had hot pot before and werent sure where to begin, what to grab for it or what to order from our server. After having to search the restaurant for bowls and utensils, my frustration numbed my appetite and became overwhelmed with trying to put my meal together- having to leave the table 5+ times looking for what I needed. Luckily a different server came around and brought us the napkins, utensils, and soup bowls. I would love to give this place another try as I believe our experience was poor because our server didn’t care to guide us through the menu or the procedure for the salad bar- or set us up for success with utensils. Its going to be hard to convince my partner to go again after our first impression was so bad.

The hot pot was my favorite part, the broth had a great flavor and lots of options for noodles- I’ll remember next time to have a game plan for what to put in it. I probably wouldn’t order the sushi rolls again here, they weren’t bad but weren’t amazing either.

The atmosphere was cute and clean, but very loud and vulgar music that was off-putting to hear during our meal. Sexy Redd is club music in my opinion and I’m not trying to listen to “fat juicy and wet” while I eat my...

Servers are nasty and angrily yelled at us about the tip amount that we had chosen for their horrible attitude and service. We had to repeatedly ask for food and drinks because our waiter, named Gerardo, wasnt doing his job and kept chatting with another waitress. When we finally had food and asked for water, he rudely looked at us and said: "isnt this too much already?" then proceeded to walk away. We had to ask another waitress who was much nicer and more helpful to us. As we got the check, we asked the kind waitress whether she would be receiving the tip from our table or not. It turned out that it was going to the rude waiter, Gerardo- so we left a small tip. We were walking out of the restaurant when a waitress named Jobell, who did not serve us at all, angrily stormed up to us and started raising her voice while cussing us out multiple times. MIND YOU that she was not only yelling at me, but she even turned around and started yelling at my cousins who were just kids. Like seriously? You cant control yourself so you have to yell DIRECTLY AT THE KIDS TOO? ABSOLUTELY IMMATURE AND INAPPROPRIATE. She was asking why we were complaining about their service and giving them dirty looks. Jobell started arguing about how WE poorly treated him by making him go back and forth to get us our food--as if that isn't his job🤨. As a server myself, I would understand slightly rude attitude and the constant mistake of delivering incorrect food to our table ONLY if the restaurant was super busy and packed which it WAS NOT. I undertand the imporance of tips, but I also know how to properly deliver service so that my work is worthy of what im getting. In the end, the angry confronting waitress told us to never come back. I wish she has told me this before I went the restaurant and had my family dinner ruined by their poor service and...

All the reviews were so great about this place which makes it so disappointing that the experience we had was not pleasant. The server acted like she was unhappy to be our server. My kids and I are very polite. The server would drop something off at our table and we would all say thank you, she would just drop off and walk away with no response. We asked for rice and we never received it so I reminded her that we had ordered rice but had not gotten it. There was no apology, she just said "so 3 rice" and when I said yes, she walked away. She didn't explain anything to us regarding the bar where you get your toppings, she didn't bring a spoon to serve our hot pot soup and seemed annoyed when we requested one. Never asked if we needed more water and when we asked for more she seemed upset. She began to come around less and less, finally someone else came to our table to ask if we needed anything else. When we were finished, we waited for the server so we could get our check which she never came around to bring it. I had to ask another server if we pay at the front, but he said he will bring us our check. We paid with the other server because our original one never came back to our table. As we wer walking out, the original server was standing there on texting or scrolling through her phone, we walked right by her but she didn't even acknowledge us or say thank you or anything. The place is a good amount of money, too much money to get an unappreciative server that treated us like she wished we hadn't come in. This place is right up the street from my house, but I would drive the 20 something mins to 888 Japanese bbq over the 9 min to this place because at least they appreciate their...

Honestly, this was a really disappointing experience. The meats were just okay- the beef belly was probably the best of what we tried, but overall the meat quality felt a bit dry. The real issue was the service. Our waiter was nice, but it was extremely slow and frustrating. We had to wait 20 minutes just to get our grill changed while we were still eating, which completely ruined our appetite. On top of that, it took 15 minutes just to get our stove turned on because the waiter wasn’t paying attention to our table. Also, we asked for rice paper and the server said it was at the self service station. It was not, and we didn’t have the patience for the server to come back and tell them it’s not. They were clearly short-staffed, and while I understand it was a holiday, that doesn’t excuse making customers wait around like that. There were multiple times when I had to get up to ask the server for service. Everyone around us seemed frustrated too. even the table next to us was upset about the service. Overall, the food was average at best, and the terrible service made the whole experience unenjoyable. Definitely not worth it. I wouldn’t waste your money here. It was roughly about $35 per person.

Amazing deal of $20 AYCE Kbbq as HH/Early Dinner 3pm-5pm, or late dinner 10pm-1130pm/last call. Top Sirloin and shrimp tempura are a must!! We were surprised how fresh and decent many items were. The sides were all pretty good too. It included my 3 Korean banchan guilty pleasures.... definitely my fillers. Staff Kaya was really attentive and nice. Melona milky stick bar is included as a free dessert per person. I'm not a tempura type person, or a fried person. But the shrimp tempura (something I'd definitely avoid at ayce places) was QQ! I couldn't eat ayce on it but 1 order was enough. So good, I thought I'd try their vegetable tempura...it was no good. It was super oily and felt like a mouth full of grease. Guess if anyone likes Outback's blooming onions, you get that full experience in one slice of onion haha Top Sirloin was super buttery soft!! Wow! I'm very very picky with my meats, to the point I accidentally eat like a vegetarian or lighter protein taster at ayce bbq situations. Pepper Chuck Steak cubes weren't bad either. They were soft but the taste or their spice/sauce mixture was a bit funky for me....kinda like liver mixed? I do like liver when I'm expecting it though.

We've eaten at the Spring Mountain location a few times and decided to give this one a try as well expecting another great meal, and that is what we got. We ordered just the basic A menu because we primarily eat the brisket and belly options, so it is a good enough deal for us. The first 4 plates of brisket were great, but by the 5th one, you can see that the quality dipped. There was almost no marbling in most of the pieces, and then one of them was literally 99% fat, haha. It might just be a weird coincidence though, and we were pretty full so we didn't order another to test our theory out because it would go wasted. Good selection of appetizers as well, the calamari tempura was alright, but the shrimp option is much better in my opinion. Seeing as you don't want to fill up on apps, I would go shrimp and skip the calamari. Gotta get the edamame as well obviously. You get a nice little cold treat at the end as well. Overall a great meal, and I don't think you'll find too many other KBBQ places that can compete with this place for $30.
